Sam's podcast is really helpful in many ways. This is the most efficient way to improve your vocabulary. He intoduces you to different learning techniques viz., make weird sentences, find antonyms of the given words so that you understand the meaning of the word and remember it for a long time

It really helps me a lot. It would be great if you can spell the word more than once..
