Dr. Mindy Dunagan serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at Nova Southeastern University's College of Psychology. A Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, she possesses a wealth of experience in individual and group counseling that spans across various age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Her clinical focus includes supporting athletes, LGBT individuals, and college students, along with providing specialized play therapy for children.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Dunagan is actively engaged in service and leadership roles within the professional community. Her research interests encompass holistic wellness, group counseling, play therapy, and clinical supervision, reflecting her dedication to both advancing the field of counseling and enhancing the professional growth of future counselors.
