Diagnosed in 1991, at age 19, with stage 4 ovarian cancer, Nasha was told that she was in such a bad state that surgery and chemo was not possible. She took matters into her own hands, researched, and worked with alternative doctors to overhaul her entire life, from diet and supplements to deep emotional work. She later went on to Naturopathic Medical School so she could continue her own healing journey, and also learn how to share what she was learning with others.

After 32 years, Nasha is alive and well, with her blood markers for ovarian cancer within the normal range. Dr. Nasha Winters is now a global healthcare authority. She has educated hundreds of professionals in the clinical use of mistletoe and has created robust educational programs for both healthcare institutions and the public on incorporating vetted integrative therapies in cancer care to enhance outcomes.
