Psychosis is common among patients with Parkinson disease, with more than 50% experiencing hallucinations or delusions at some point in their illness. These symptoms have a substantial impact on patients' and caregivers' quality of life. However, patients and caregivers seldom discuss these symptoms unless they are asked about them. This podcast series explores the burden of PDP, how to recognize and diagnose it, therapeutic considerations, and special considerations for long-term care populations.
