Dear Diary,

I shit the bed, Fred. Okay, not literally. But I did, however, forget to push the record button the last time I interviewed Sylvia from Syna Consultancy. We had the most genuine conversation about poop and we really got to know each other and I just flushed it away. I feel like I just shit myself, it doesn’t feel great but I know it’s going to be okay. Just a little reminder that I am human, and we all make mistakes.
