Summary:

Will the future of work be more decentralized and autonomous? What does that mean for organizations and people? Trust will become the cornerstone of what we do online and offline. That will also require new and different skills to operate.

My interview with Diana focused on her digital transformation experiences and how they impact organizations. We explore how some of the concepts of Decentralized Autonomous Organisations could be applied to traditional work models and their implications. Upskilling in strategic areas and the need for the agency will become even more critical as the world of work evolves.

Diana is a former Financial Times executive, a work futurist and a CEO/board whisperer. She helps people and organizations understand the future to create inspiring futures that matter.

Her clients have included JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, London Stock Exchange, Mandarin Oriental, Wharf, Expedia, the World Bank and KPMG. She also teaches at HKU and Columbia Business School in Asia. She began her career and leadership education as an assistant to Dr Henry Kissinger.

A contributor to Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Inc, Global Focus and Nikkei Asia, she is also the author of the best-selling Future Proof: Reinventing Work in the Age of Acceleration, a book about how to adopt more agile mindsets and practices to prepare for success in a fast-changing world, across a 100-year life.
