In this episode, we hear from Dr. Maureen Clement apply her clinical expertise with the Striver, emphasising the importance of identifying these individuals in order to better customize supporting roles by the diabetes care provider to enhance self-management behaviour changes of this patient archetype.

Dr. Maureen Clement is a clinical assistant professor in the department of family practice at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia. Dr. Clement is also a primary care physician with the diabetes consulting practice in British Columbia.
