This week we're getting into my current ~morning and night routines~ and talking about how it's changed over the past few months. I think we all have a little routine that makes us feel our best, and it's important that we carve out time for ourselves to do things that FUEL our souls! I talk about strict routines vs. relaxed ones, and why it's good to stick to a schedule but not make it drive you crazy. This episode is a much lighter spin compared to the last few introspective episodes, so it's good to pop on just when you want a background voice, someone to listen to, or even if you are just really curious what another human being's routine is!
