रानी रुद्रम्मा देवी, 1263-1289 (या 1295) से अपनी मृत्यु तक दक्कन के पठार में काकतीय वंश का एक साम्राज्ञी थी। वह भारत में सम्राट के रूप में शासन करने वाली बहुत कम महिलाओं में से एक थीं।

वो एक सक्षम प्रशासक के साथ साहसी योद्धा भी थी जिसने सभी युद्धों में अपनी सेना का आगे बढ़ के नेतृत्व किया।

अपने पूर्ववर्तियों और समकालीन शाशकों के विपरीत, उन्होंने अपनी सेना में योद्धाओं के रूप में कई ऐसे लोगों को भर्ती करने का विकल्प चुना, जो उच्च कुल से नहीं थे। Rudramma Devi , Destiny's queen, was a thirteen century Kakatiya warrior ruler. An able adminstrator, a couragious warrrior, a sympathatic ruler,a waliant queen which led from the front in all wars. Rudramma devi had immense self-confidence to allow small kings to rule over their kingdoms which was conquered by her.She was capable enough to take right decisions for her people as well as in battle field.
