During his 17 years as Managing Director for the World Economic Forum - he created and ran the Young Global Leaders and the Global Shapers programme, which now has over 10,000 young leaders in 480 local hubs around the world.

In this conversation we talk about if we can hack capitalism to do things differently, democratising ESG, understanding positive feedback loops to create abundance amplified by web3 technologies, as well as understanding the role DAOs can play for society.
