ranting about gaps in communication hehehe sometimes i think we overlook how important it is to become aware of the ways we share our reality and how we connect with others and build relationships.  i discuss a framework/formula that i think helps to structure communication for any relationship context - friendship, romance, work - and then go on a bunch of tangents as usual.  maybe social media has us living in our heads and creates the illusion that people are privy to what's going on in our noggin... when they don't  lmk what u think !
