In this episode, I speak to Professor Iqbal Singh OBE about the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on BAME communities, as well as on men and older adults. We explore the healthcare measures that we can take to reduce this discrepancy, as highlighted in his recent article. Furthermore, we discuss his extensive work on advancing the care of older patients and the challenges that come with an ageing population.
