Taxpayers just scored a big victory in Ottawa! Global Affairs Canada announced it’s scrappingthe multi-million-dollar slush fund known as the Mission Cultural Fund. The MCF was used topay for a sex toy show in Germany, for old people in Taiwan to talk about their sex lives onstage and to promote Margaret Atwood’s book in Australia.
