We are a mother, but we are also still a woman who is recovering from birth when we are postpartum. Lizzie's approach is deeply spiritual (not necessarily religious), and holistic. She's extremely articulate and has also LIVED what she teaches: she has four kids and lived through two paralyzing, emergency mental health crises postpartum, as well as birth trauma.
