This is my favourite podcast and I have been listening to Jocko and Echo since episode 1 . I relate to the discussions on a personal level. I am grateful that I have access to the leadership , guidance and example of men like Jocko who bring knowledge from very crucible of human existence ...ie War . I believe the struggle helps man find himself and peace , Jocko and his guests illustrate the path beautifully . I have benefitted from this podcast immensely . Echo and Jocko compliment each other beautifully and they are extremely funny and entertaining . I feel like I am hanging with mates and learning as well. I have benefitted more than money can buy .Thanks Jocko .
