First of all I want to thank you for your extraordinary advise about awareness of life. It changed me alot but it can be said like actually it made me more aware about myself.

The Guy who doesn’t wake up early in the morning even for important exams, transformed into early morning person. Where my default wake up time was 5.30 am and more surprising of it was without alarm. Now My Health has been improved, before where i have improper digestion issue due to improper sleep pattern.
