Well hello there!

I'm John, the host and creator of the "Gone Gaming" podcast.

I started this podcast to discuss the psychological side of gaming. Specifically in regards to video game addiction, obsession and "Internet gaming disorder". I'm an avid gamer myself who has struggled with a video game addiction for years.

Once I realized that I wasn't alone in this and that there really isn't any support for those who are also in this situation I started pursuing a degree in Psychology. I've currently got a BS in General Psychology and an pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
