Help center never replies or do actual help, I’ve sent tens of reports and didn’t receive a single response 👎🏻 , I still can’t choose a specific message to reply to , can’t change the chat theme , can’t react to messages , too many features are missing even though I’m using the latest update of iOS and instagram , my Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected together still nothing.
