You will see good looking products in app but if you go as per caratlane commitment delivery then you are mistaken. it’s my recommendation not to buy from caratlane if you are ordering for occasion and as per delivery estimation shown in app because caratlane will not fulfill your order on time. i will give you example, i have ordered product on 9th of feb as delivery is showing on 11th but today is 13th and till date i jave not received the product as committed. Bluestone is good app to buy. buy from them.

I had a very bad experience using the caratlane app , after deduction of amount the orders failed and the customer care made me wait more than 24 hours to inform the payment status . After that initially they processed a refund of lesser denomination . It’s such a shame on the name of TATA brand . Such shoddily developed apps should not be released for public buying . Done force people to move to app your internet website is good enough . Disappointed !

My order was supposed to reach on 24th but there has not been any call frm the team for the delay neither the customer care is of much help..I had higher expectations from caratlane and since the purchase os of higher amoint inexpected the order wid be completed before tym and due care.. Big dissapointment.Never ever buying from here and neither encouraging anyone to do the same..I have to cancel the order now and go for the refund proces which now again seems a more tiresome process.
