At least the linked account details and payment trail should be visible on the Instagram account itself.

Facebook is sending misleading and invalid emails stating that my ad account is activated but it still says deactivated. In one day I recieved 5 th time misleading mail from the facebook team which clearly indicates that there is no human team to look for issues but facebook generates misleading system generates messages without giving any way to further raise the complaint. Such activities are very disturbing and harrasing for any advertiser.

Don’t know why users are giving 1-2 star reviews. I am using this app for years. You can’t edit your ads using this app but you can check the daily spending, Reach, impressions, action etc.

I can’t use this, so every time I have to give a new advert or see results, I have to use my laptop.
If this app would work fine, I think people will give more advert, because now a days are lazy to log in on laptop when we have apps for it. But this app doesn’t work at all.

You can’t edit the ads through the app. Also, there is this irritating welcome screen which pops up every time you open the app.. the earlier versions were still better. For every account I manage, there is atleast one campaign which doesn’t open on the app & just a white screen is seen.. highly irritating. Facebook, Please remove the bugs or restore the earlier version for god’s sake!!!

Facebook has forgotten that it earns money from this app. Such a bad one. Earlier everything used to work well but none of your updates have fixed anything. Even after updating to the latest version it still keeps on showing that you are using outdated app, update now or logout when you go to settings. The splash screen appears all the time you open the app. Even when online it shows that you aren’t connected to internet.
I know you guys don’t read the reviews here for your apps. Pathetic app. Its really better to advertise on google I think. Frustrating
