App is not an all in one solution as it claims. Photo editing experience is pathetic, even with paid subscription plan. I would suggest to focus on that part. Else one will go after Lightroom or vsco. Make it complete app and I’ll use it.

Canva Basic is free and I loved designing so much that I didn’t realize when I started with Canva Pro and now my friends are also using the same. Canva Pro helps me build brand, design anything I want, excellent choices for templates, you can design logo, resized my entire catalog images, flyers, social media posts and so on and so forth. This is one of the worst app developed and it is taking away the value of real designers and ruining the real design skills. The fact that it offers very easy way to just get things done and doesn’t have quality and substance is very frustrating. It should be taken out off App Store and off the face of the earth. There is no way to make quality design assets using this app. They don’t have the proper set of tools to create, instead they recommend using their assets to make money. It is impossible to bring our exact vision to life using this app. This is very primitive compared to Adobe tools. Please don’t ever use this app and I request App Store to remove this app permanently

I have been using Canva for a while. I have a subscription also. But In my iPhone, the editing is not that smooth. Sometimes it gets stuck. Some times the Thumbnails view and Timeline duration gets off automatically. Also the transitions got a time lag or lead in downloaded video, which is not shown while editing.
I think these are some major problems to be noticed and rectified asap. Otherwise we need to look for another app…!!!
Hope the creators would look into it and clear these bugs at the earliest.

I was using this cheap fraud app who don’t know how to do business in a honest way.I had bought the can pro and they were continuously asking me to save my credit card I had declined it 3 times and yet they have saved the card illegally without my knowledge and today they have illegally taken my money from my credit card without the warning.I don’t know how can they do it there was no waring given nor the opt was send before withdrawing my money from the card and I don’t even have the product now! For the amount they have withdrawn from my account!

Creativity is something that doesn’t flow natural for me. But being in the space of movement arts, I need to be one who can simply and beautifully present something “not so interesting” into a wonderful piece of art. My experience in Canva has been spectacular. Unlike many other apps, it has many options and buttons. It has a wide range of graphics, GIFS, and stickers which is amazing since you don’t always need to copy paste different pictures.

So I am Canva Pro customer and I have been a pro customer for years now. I downloaded the app on my Ipad thinking I’d get 50% of the seamless experience like on the laptop but NO. I’ve been using the video editor on Canva ever since it’s release to make some really basic videos for social media, the worst part of getting an output is, a) I cannot preview the video properly whatsoever on the app and sometimes even on the laptop, so I have to download the video to check for errors, b) the audio output always turns out different than the timeline set. Despite of splitting audio and turning the volume down and many other things, it gives some random output that I never set, not to mention the audio loops by itself! I can’t begin to tell how inconvenient that has been and the delays it causes. Not to mention the difficultly to make even the minutest changes on static creatives. I understand it maybe supremely difficult to give the exact experience but I have been finding myself asking people not to download because of the usability on the Ipad itself.

The app is awesome, but please bring in the option to edit/format particular words in terms of font, color etc in the App. I know this can be done in the computer but it would be very very helpful if made available in the app version as well! Also another thing that’s quite frustrating is when we are at the end of the font list, it’s not possible to immediately jump to the search; we have to scroll all the way up to access search. It would be much easier if gotten fixed.

I remove background edit images and as soon as apply, the app hangs. It’s giving problem every time on iPad. Also the pro version is not seen on mobile when I try to edit image on phone the background remover is not seen there. I don’t expect such pathetic performance after taking an yearly subscription. If you cannot give performance don’t charge us so much. Or atleast give a good performance. I need immediate action.

I have been using this app for quite some time now and helps me to make very nice birthday posts, festival posts. It has many free and paid templates, elements to add to the posts. It lets me type out text and add photos. I recommend. Canva to artists and non-artists who would are creative but don’t have the time or the know-how. You can do wonders with Canva.

I have an iPad with A12 Bionic chip and everything runs smooth except this app. Whenever I start a project I want to tear my eyes out because there is a 30 sec delay in when I interact and the thing actually happening on the screen. Any other app like pages, word, Adobe, etc… works great. Request to the devs please optimise it for iPad with a12 chip As there are more than 500k iPads Apple sold use this chip.

Not every content creator have time to learn Photo Editing apps.
Those full featured photo editing apps might provide full functionality to the users but Content Creator use is very less.
But still it consumes similar duration to learn the tool.

I genuinely rate this app with 5 star because it facilitate me to access, create/edit all my designs throughout the devices. All the designs are stored at Canva itself.

Recently Canva is having extreme level of glitches and bugs. First I thought it was my phone but then I got a new phone and the problem still remained. When I open the app or any design suddenly all the Colors go away and everything becomes greyscale and then when I change any colour nothing changes at all. The app crashes by itself and sometimes it keeps on hanging and stops saving my design. I also tried rebooting the app but nothing happened. Plz plz plz fix this bug my graphics is really getting effected now. I was planning to get Canva pro but with this issue I cannot invest on this app. Thank you.

Suggestion: add an option to access a few pictures directly from Canva without having to look up for it on the photo library. We need to add our brand’s watermark to photos and this feature could save a lot of time and effort.

Canva is great and they have beautifully evolved with time! However, the issue of fonts not loading on the mobile app is highly disappointing.
I have installed Gotham ( Medium, Bold & Standard) on Canva. It works fine on desktop but on mobile app Gotham Medium and Book just won’t load. You can select and keep typing but text is invisible.
Been like that for months! Will appreciate if someone fixes the bug.

Canva Pro is the ultimate tool for all kinds of social media content. Highly recommended. The subscription is worth paying for.
Is it possible to add “Shadows to subject cutouts in Photo Editing”?? It will boost the professionalism of Photo Editing. Still now, it is one of the main reasons why users require to use Photoshop, I guess.

A very easy to use and feature rich app. The UI is very user friendly and gives you the ability to create designs on the go and it gets synced with your account so that you can continue on the desktop as well. No need for a prior training or anything. Just open the app and start using. Plenty of presets that allow you to start from a preset stage and then create a design on your own or you can start from scratch as well.

I must really thank the creators of Canva for coming up with such a brilliant helpful app. It gives us an edge over professional designers. Now we can also have beautiful and professional looking designs, social media posts and literally anything from a postcard to even a research report. I am a part of Non profit organisation and thank tou Canva for providing full support with pro access. It is really next to nothing. We are able to achieve so much with it and it’s really giving a positive impact on our reach in social media.

Everything will be good if you fix your crashing thing. It is highly annoying to see the app bang its head and just drop me in home page of the Canva app. This happened around a million times and my internet connection is going good so don’t try to blame it on my network.
Godsend for Beginner Designers. Nothing else comes close to this!

For someone who doesn’t know InDesign, Photoshop and other various design apps but has an avid interest in the same, as well as loves to design something without too much hassle, Canva is the exact solution I’ve been looking for. It’s SO powerful if used properly, be it to design something extremely small such as a small Instagram post or even prepare something monumental as a PitchDeck or even posters. The vast plethora of resources that come with it (even with the free version!) make me wonder how this app is free. I’d recommend getting the Pro version to make the most out of this app and also, to save yourself the headache of trying to learn something much more complicated if you want to design stuff on-the-go.

Lots of love From India. I seriously love this app . For the first time in life I am coming in app store just for one purpose that is to rate and comment here. The user interface the way it works is just so smooth and good that any creator would fall in love with the Canva creator. I personally appreciate your work and love this thing a lot. The option to change color across all pages is good, but it would be even better if you could include an option to change color at once just for a specific page.

App looks beautiful due to beautiful images and graphics but navigation and user experience is not well thought of.
I.e no way of going back to same position in list pf logos. After scrolling numerous pages, when you open logo, there is no way of going back to from where you have left. You have to scroll back all those numerous pages
These needs to be fixed for easier navigation

I thought this was a wonderful app because I needed to make a collage for my work and the deadline was in ten minutes and usually other apps take so much time this only took me 2 minutes and I finished it in time.🙂🙂🙂I just want to say canva is a good invention and you should download this and I love canva 💋💋💋!!

I hv not upgraded to the the pro plan, but still there are a lot of features that are just awesome........At first there were some glitches like when I would download a video that I made, it would show the downloading but then a grey screen would appear and I would automatically come to the Home Screen, and it would also not get auto-saved, but now it has improved a lot.... Thanks for this amazing app.....

I had purchased an annual subscription for Canva for creating my Digital Marketing content. The experience with using the app was really good until recently Canva started asking me to buy a subscription even though I have a valid annual subscription till the December 2021!
I have been writing emails to the Canva support team since last 2 weeks, have provided them the subscription purchase invoice and other details but they haven’t even replied to my emails, forget about resolving the issue!
I must say that the Canva support is pathetic and frustrating. Please think thrice before buying their subscriptions. I am now going to ask them to refund my money if they aren’t not able to resolve issues being faced by its users. Lets see how the refund process goes :)

Okay I came here to update my rating because the experience on their website is totally different and so easy and adding texts and fonts is intuitive. I don’t know why that’s not the case in apps?
When you’re creating an Instagram carousel on phone the more number of pages you add the slower the app becomes. Adding text is the biggest task and takes a lot of time to adjust and fix. I love the website. Please fix issues in app.

Personally as a student in school you have to make loads of posters, presentations, and graphs. I’ve not rly used Canva before except to make a poster here and then, but one day when I was going through Canva I realised that this app/website has so much more potential! You can use the logos, pictures fonts etc. and they are so so so good! It’s honestly great :)

I’m so amazed by Canva. This app has helped me so much, especially for graphic designs and they have a wide range of everything (like can you believe that) Idk why it never got the recognition like other apps. The subscription is really cheap and you get more than you could ask for. I really like how they provide suggested templates from my last searched items and the designs always come out very clear. There isn’t a drawback I could think of while writing this review. It’s just that they need to promote this app more, so user like me can get the most out of it. Thankyou Canva, you’re doing a good job!! Kudos to the team

Cannot download properly. Sometimes doesn’t download Edited pic. Sometimes download incomplete . And while editing if switched to other app then come back to Canva it Starts from new. Doesn’t Resume editing. And sometimes force close the app. Fix it properly. Review on iPhone SE (1st gen) . Running OS 13.5

I have been using Canva pro since last 1 year it’s a great app after the last update
have not been able to remove the Canva watermark appearing on the logo.
And also after completing a design it is taking me to the subscription page though my renewal is in July 2021
Kindly fix these issue ASAP.

The app is wonderful with tons of creative templates to make whatever you want. But glitches sometimes. Sometimes When I’m about to input text on a project..app goes mad. Starts scrolling up and down on its own n does not let me input text. It only stops when I click outside the project or image. Then restarts again when I try to input text. Other than that idiotic glitch. It’s a useful app.

I got so much praises from my boss for making amazing posters, so much compliments from my friends for uploading creative pictures but all I can do that is because of canva. Please download you will see how easy it is for you.

Unlike Canva on computers and laptops, Canva mobile does not give me the option to upload a font that I can use to change the font style. Would be great if you can do something about it since it’s quite annoying that I am not provided with the privilege to use something different from what’s already provide. Secondly, Canva on my laptop initially gave me the option to upload two fonts which after that stopped. I thought that it should be an issue with the font’s file type or license issue however, when I removed the font that I already uploaded and tried uploading again it again did the same thing, which is not doing anything. No error no upload. Quite unhappy with this issue. Solution please.

I have used many apps for design. But Canva is the best of all. It’s gives you the most user friendly experience with a ton of options for all your Design needs. Far Better than any app out there. I’m using it for the past 3 years and just fell in love from day one. Will recommend for all. I've been using Canva for about more than a year now and I love it. From good quality images to different font styles - everything is classy, easy to learn and use for almost every day work. My social media platforms have an all new look with Canva and I'm looking forward to new experiences of designing with it. Everything is super easy here. I have made the most beautiful creatives here. I enjoy creating them.. in fact they are no more work.. they are a pastime that I enjoy doing. It’s as good as a unwinding time. The platform is seamless without any long routes. Stuff just happens here!
