Is this app done by a professional developer or by some amateur? Everyday getting some crap test notifications by the developer “Hello Robosoft” or “Test”. This is an application in App Store and the developer seems to keep testing it on in release environment. Someone who is responsible please take note.

I had invested my money above 50k which got deducted and later I get a message that my ckyc is not done. Nobody knows where is the money in the system. No one picks up the toll free number. The RM that I have got doesn’t know what to do. It’s been 2 months. I don’t know where did my money go!!!!

IPRUTOUCH app offers biometric ekyc but when I click on “capture” it says device not connected. I am using Mantra MFS100 which ICICI itself says to use, when I open Mantra MFS app it shows device is registered and is working. Then how come it’s not working in IPRUTOUCH app.
Even ICICI PRU MF customer care has no idea regarding it.
Kindly sort it out or my device will be wasted.

I invested in value discovery fund direct through this app. Also through my financial advisor. When I applied for redemption of funds invested through my advisor the funds I invested through this app were also sent back to my account
