I love the app as a whole. But one thing I noticed was it wasn’t optimised to the full extent. I noticed that while reading a particular article on the app, when I clicked on a ‘Read More’ article, it opened that article in the in-app Safari browser. That shouldn’t happen. The article, being an article by F1, should ideally open in the app itself as a fully functional page; not as a browser link. I will be happy to provide the screen grab for the developers.

Cheating users to pay money with confusing subscriptions

I had subscribed to F1 TV Access annual pack and made full payment.
Post looking at the content, decided to upgrade to F1 TV Pro Monthly and changed the subscription.
Neither I got my money back for my Annual pack nor I got upgraded to F1 TV Pro, lost the subscription access and money and now the app refuses to provide any service.
Have sent a couple of mails to the support with no success till now.
Keep away from this app people if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money.

There are ads inline with articles and before playing videos as well.

Sometimes the app doesn’t show the next race in the “upcoming” tab. When I opened the app today it says “no upcoming races and will update next season races soon” (I was like wth still season is going on and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is there) .. i cannot see Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in the App

A piece of advice to the developer / UX team: ‘Don’t change (read break) something that’s already working well’
The old app was developed over so many years of feedback. It’s very evident now that we have seen the problems in the new version.
Live timing is perhaps the only good reason to have a paid subscription. It’s such an irritating and overall horrible experience now with the new verison, trying to search for viable information at the right moments that you just end up closing the app. Not good signs, someone needs to get things in place!!

It's missing lot of information that is present in the older version like text commentry, comprehensive screen that displays all the data in single screen. To look at the details of various information im now jumping between the tabs. Try to add all the feature of the old version or better revert to the old version, that is much better one compared to new app.

The 2018 season update looks good but has a serious bug with regards to readable content. The content keeps reloading with different fonts and constantly flashes while doing so. This way, it is impossible to read any content. Please fix this.

The minimum expectations from any sport based App is to show the results/data of what has happened to the user. F1 App can't even do that!! Practices that happened yesterday in evening have "results are pending" common! What an useless App is this? At Least get your basics right. It crashes for no reason, it has no results, and then you expect me to pay you thousands to buy actual App?!
