One thing is very consistent about this app, it never works in one go! It has been over 6-7 months and this app is the least reliable banking app i have ever used, even smaller banks have better stable applications. “Services are temporarily unavailable, please try again later” is the app’s most consistent response every single time.

First they ruined this app by forcing us to use another app. Now that failed again now we have to use this app. And what the hell is happening to this app from 1:00 AM to till morning… alwys showing popup as services are currently unavailable. Daily im trying to do any transaction and this popup showsup and it doesnt even login into the app. Fix this issue and remove grid authentication for every transactions… even for the amount that exceeds 2lakhs. Its so frustrating for someone like me who does more than 10 transactions daily. Every time i have to take my debitcard out to do transactions. And make customer experience better. Otherwise the loyal customers who are sticked to your bank from a decade can also move to another banks like axis or hdfc who provide much stable banking applications.

For reporting fraudulent transaction on Icici business credit card, I have to wait for around 30 minutes and as soon as I get connected in the middle only phone call get disconnected and no call back from the customer support team.
For reporting 4000 rupee’s fraudulent transaction, I am continuously calling from 12:20 and till 1:40, I had called for 3 times and every time I am fail to report my query. Now I am totally exhausted, please if customer support team of business credit card, seen my review please revert me. I am stunned here and I don’t know properly what to do in urgency for reporting fraudulent transaction.

I called relationship manager he told it might be temporary issue do after a while. I did again after 4 hours and I called relationship manager again about the issue and he easily says either you uninstall the app and try again or you mail we don’t have any intimation about this issue.

Writing this to you Apple so you check this app and consider removing it from App Store.
These issues I’m reporting are affecting my usage for more than a month now.
1. The complete app stops working anytime of the day.
2. Parts of it are down half of the day. Crucial parts like UPI, Fund Transfer and Deposits.
3. It sometimes not able to fetch balance.
4. At OTP screen, the Proceed button moves around on it’s own stopping me from finishing the transaction.
5. They have posted downtime but they don’t honor the deadlines they commit to.
6. It stops me from logging in most of the time which makes it totally useless.
All these are basic functionalities which should work all the time as this is financials we are talking. On top of that, these are business financials not personal ones.
So Apple guys, remove it from here so ICICI can stop promoting it to their customers. The app is working not even for 50% of the time.
I’ve updated the app and keep it updated. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. Nothing helps.

I’m on the latest available app on the App Store. One of the worst banking apps that I have used till date. On many occasions the app would just display - “Service is currently not available, pease try again later.” Really? What if I need to make a payment on the go? What if I need to scan a UPI barcode to pay. It’s high time your app holds to its advertised standards. Forget the UX, just keep your Backend on? Is that too much to expect? With a pathetic corporate banking experience, you give us this looser app! Never open a current account with ICICI bank if you want to do mobile banking. Their savings a/c app is decent but this one is really not functional.

Their is no problem In iMobile pay app but I’m facing an issue in instaBiz. In ios 15, thier is no problem but I think in ios 16, their is a problem. Either hire developers who can keep up with the updates or learn from your own imobile pay app which has been working flawlessly throughout

I am using insta bizz from today morning app not working when I try to open it automatically exists. I tried many times. Then uninstalled app and again installed and tried to open but not working

I was using instabiz for my current account without any problem since Apri 2022., but Since july 25th i m unable to use instabiz ., i m using iphone so by default an automatic update of ios 26 Beta version was downloded., i had visited the branch , called customer care & even emailed my complaint., right now i had updated ios 16 original apple version but still instabiz is not opening. I had deleted the instabiz app & downloaded again multiple times but of no use ???
Useless app for Housing Societies

App doesn’t allow login where multiple people involved for carrying out transactions like case of housing society where all 3 office bearers (Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer) must approve each and every transaction. Reason- As per new rule, app works on mobile handset if that number is linked with bank account. However, in case of housing societies, only one mobile number (either Chairman or Secretary or Treasure) is registered with bank account and because of that app doesn’t allow login for other 2 people handset citing their mobile number is not registered with bank account. Thus, this app is become useless now (it was not the case earlier).

I had registered in the app and enabled Touch ID . After logging out it started verifying phone number but is not able to complete it . Tried several times - even deleted and reinstalled the app but it automatically goes to the verification screen and gets stuck .
I had received a message on my number that the app has been successfully registered so the number is valid .

I’m using Iphone7. After the update of the Instabiz app, I was trying to use the UPI option. And After entering all the details of UPI id of the recipient,
Amount and remarks. Then submitted the Pre-confirmation.
Next was to enter app’s 4-digit pin to generate-isafe.
However, the UPI logo is hovering over the clickable “generate-isafe” option. Therefore, I cannot access the “generate-isafe” option. And neither could I make any transaction for payment. Kindly fix this bug. 🙏 I’ve even taken a screenshot of the issue I’m facing but, couldn’t find option here to attach the screenshot. Kindly fix this bug asap.

I have two firms. Both firms have current account in ICICI. For one firm I am operating the account in instabiz. But there is no provision to have another firm account in the same. For both the firm account i hv same mobile number. Please see whether such feature can be added to this app. I tried to install the same app once again but not possible.

This new feature of mobile verification is not a good decision at all . Not every owner of a company handles the transactions . The number registered in the account could be of the owner and may be owner even dont know how to use an application . I am using HDFC APP too and that app is really very flexible . No doubt ICICI have good security on transactions but this new feature is not a good One . Please get some reviews from your customers on this and if possible then change this feature .

We are enjoying the app to a great, many great features, I congratulate ICICI Bank to come up with such a phenomenal business application. I would like to point an issue in the app, which we are facing. We got our 2 current business accounts linked to one primary account ID and now when we login and switch to Merchant View, the app even after switching accounts shows only the primary account name with the linked account name intact when we switch the account number changes but account name shown is primary linked account name instead of the switched account name. Please get this issue resolved as it is confusing at times. On emailing your team member brushed the issue aside without understanding it.

After last update app has become unusable. In the name of security, they will verify whether your phone no. is associated with account or not. My father doesn't use smartphone and will not use in future also. So the no. which is associated with account cannot be used for Instabiz. Previously I use to transact via my phone by using login Id and password but after update app is unusable. What's the point of security when you can't even use the app. They already have OTP and debit card grid numbers for security. Now they have added this mobile no verification which has made app obsolete for us.

Icici bank has no knowledge of customer service in banking sector Public sector bank services is far better. IVR automated customer service without executives. corporate credit card payments not possible online from corporate account login Only auto debit works . You cannot see unbilled credit card details anywhere at icici bank website or in app You cannot even pay your Company’s electric mobile broadband bills from corporate banking login because of security reasons that they don’t know how to control .

I also faced the same kind problem,Icici Customer service support is not meant for us, just they formality process according to they have trained and many of them there is a complaint mail to icici like step 1 step2 step 3 I think at some time it was very useful and problem raised was solved “asap” and now no use so I suggest Icici bank to work on the backdoor staff and also bank branch executives they are very annoying never reply to customer and do the service as fast as they are trained. Just doesn’t lemme login into the app, don’t see any reason why I should continue to have it on the phone. My credentials let me login into the corporate banking page but the app just doesn’t budge. Earlier it was an issue of not being able to generate and set up mpin, now the normal login using user id password is also not going through. Just didn’t expect this from and ICICI bank app. Have been using imobile for years now and never had any issue but ibizz just doesn’t pack the fizz...

The option to settle foreign inward remittance is missing from the app entirely. Only way is to login on full fledge computer browser as corp website is not even fully compatible with mobile/small screen browsers to show check mark to accept terms on settlement page. The whole idea of these apps and responsive websites is to make things easier on the move, but developers of this app and website don’t do enough testing.
UPI option is added but it does not work!! Always an error that this option is for sole users only. What’s the point of adding it on main screen!

I’m a business owner having current account in ICICI bank , initially at the time of account opening they did multiple follow ups but when we got the account and all the employees salary accounts in the same bank ,the customer service is not at all a convenient, it’s been a year now till now ,having privilege banking accounts ,we don’t know who’s our banker .nobody takes the responsibility of addressing the concerns , I may not recommend ppl to think of icici for current account. Worst part is this IMobile and iBizz apps . Every time when I do a transaction and make a call to speak to executive it never happens within an hour . Every time verifications, and yet no result . Highly unsatisfactory service .

In Fund transfer within n outside bank, my actual transaction limit is more. But when I make payments, it restricts me to 5L. So, I use web version on my mobile browser to transfer funds.
I have multiple accounts for different companies in this bank. While using mpin mode, when I log out and want to switch company, I can't do so. Implement a method, in which this app can store multiple set of login IDs. Whenever we want to switch between companies, we should select the stored details and type the respective password.
Fingerprint login and transaction feature is missing which some other bank has implemented
