I am looking forward for enhancements so as can use Skype for business to its full extend .
- no chats gets saved to my MS365 conversation history
- chats gets vanished within few minutes , even if I am chatting to a person intermittently .
- no way to attach a file yet, even though outlook 365 is having the options
- already read chats are still shown unread
- if we open it , it loads all the chats from organization desktop Skype and then every chat is cleared.

Wonderful app, smooth and very few voice disturbance. Great work guys. Only issue is synchronisation. Unlike other app, desktop and mbl app is not showing the same screen. Neither Call coming on desktop appear, nor chats gets updated on mobile devices.

Connection to external Bluetooth speakers

Hi Team.. the app is not showing connected Bluetooth devices (non Apple) as audio out options.. its either connecting to the AirPods or the device speaker itself.. both on iPad and iPhones.. I am facing this issue.. specifically, I am using Ultimate Ears MegaBoom 3 and other non Apple Bluetooth devices..
Also, the app is showing error message constantly saying “there is an error in the application. Please restart the application.”
I have restarted the app multiple times after force shutting it, but to no avail on both my iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Max phones.

Could you please provide a way to turn off the irritating call connection sounds/tones? Most of the time it takes forever to join a meeting and the connection sound literally causes sharp ear pain.
Please come up with some ear friendly sound and provide an option to turn off the call connect sound. Also if you could improve upon the connection time it would be great.
Nice app overall and good voice clarity.

For attending a planned meeting, if someone shares the screen it is not showing in this latest version. Screen goes black and blank but all other audio control works fine at the bottom area. There is no other update as well.. any workaround?

Hi Team, nice work on the application. Previously we required the the headphones to connect on Skype meetings but now we can join meetings without any delay for headphones. Kindly work on some noise cancellation algorithms. Sometimes voice breaks down and suddenly rises up with impacts the meetings.
Also kindly make it possible to share screen of desktop even we are connected on handheld devices. Currently we have to cut the call and call back from the system for screen share.

1.) Why does the app keep signing out if there is limited network coverage? You should be back online automatically when network is available. Messages and conversations received while you are offline can be relayed once you’re back online.
2.) login password should be automatically accepted using FaceID or Touch ID. Hate to key in passwords everytime.
3.) You cannot attend any Skype meetings or screen sharing sessions on this app.
4.) All skype/lync meetings on your calendar should show up inside Skype automatically and screen sharing has to be allowed.
We can invite people in skype for screen share, but we are unable to join a lync meeting / skype web meeting link. Why is it so? This needs to be fixed immediately.
BlueJeans is a much better app when compared to Lync.

The messages in app take a lot of time to come in phone. Refresh times are long and difficult to use the app for the actual purpose of being in touch with business colleagues for work. The reason for which it must be fast to load the messages and help in real communication. Developers need to seriously consider and rework on app and make it much faster to do the actual purpose to cater fast and smooth communication.

I did Uninstalled the app and tried to redownload it again. But my bad, the application is not downloading since the Uninstall. Apple support tried all their best but no luck on the installation. I think Microsoft can take idea from WhatsApp, telegram and Facebook messanger app. They run smoothly. They don't sign out person automatically. They don't let you text a person even in offline mode and send the message immediately when you go online. Allow video call phone call. And I think they will soon launch meeting conference call and all. Skype came first before all of them. And instead of showing improvement and performance. They are falling a part. Microsoft we never expected such things from you... Do something we still have a faith on you. We still believe you can do better than this...

Similar settings options should be present in mobile applications as of settings options on desktop. I wanted to set the inactive period of status on the app, but I was not able to do that. It was easily adjustable on desktop. But in mobile, it sets status to inactive by its own default period of time automatically. I need an update to adjust the inactivity period on mobile as well. Please update the app.

Whenever you miss an IM, the missed conversations are never delivered as an email. Recent conversations are never saved for the last few sessions or days. Sometimes receive messages showing current time even when the messages were received many days earlier, becomes very confusing to identify genuine missed messages or current IM’s. Team, request to please look into this. An acknowledgment would be really helpful. Thanks.

Definitely needs lots of improvement w.r.t to multiple poles Tcon, screen share, sometimes audio is bad. Having lots of issues with Share desktop or Share window doesn't work during T- con sometimes. One on one works fine.

Some times crashes, sometimes don't get messages, sometimes don't sync devices of same account. I don't understand why no history.

I have recently updated Skype for business app in my iPhone 6 and since then app keeps on crashing for the first time and takes really long time to load the presence status. Please fix this.

The app performance is Good. But I have one request to admin, is it possible to view share screen on mobile internet. Then I can tell it as the best app. Please take this on serious note. Rest all perfect.

Messages from Skype for business on laptop and from the mobile app are not synced, also any chat messages sent and received on mobile app don't appear in outlook conversation history.
Voice quality is pretty much okay,

It makes work lot easier. I just love the app and used a lot. If you can add a feature through which we can take Skype call as well it will be amazing then.
