First, you won’t get the message with the access code. Second, the access code they provide over phone call is not a valid one. Third, they give you 25 free credits at the beginning but it’s of no use because you need 30 credits to make a call.
Overall it was a waste of my time. Deleting the app.

Earlier when I was using it, there were a lot of video ads and app downloads to earn money. But now the only way to earn money is to invite a friend or daily check in which are very slow.
Otherwise we have to purchase credits using real money which is very costly.
Also, the more important issue is when I call to Dubai, Dingtone will say it’s ringing and then after some time says the caller is unavailable to take calls. But actually my Uncle didn’t receive any call from me. The app is lying to me as ringing.
For the same call not going, I have send a email to the support team but I haven’t received a response in weeks.

I’m a regular user of Dingtone and I love this app. All features are up to the mark except “Mob speakers auto mute” issue. After end up of every single Dingtone call, mob speakers get muted automatically and I have to unmute them again every time. It’s really annoying. Pls resolve this issue.

When i used it for the first time it seemed terrific, as it was something i was actually looking for since a while, however, gradually the trouble barged in the form of frequent call drops, voice breaking, low to inaudible voice calls, undelivered texts with credits lost and what not. As a matter of fact, I had bought it for my business use, 90% of which is done via phone and even after spending a handsome amount of money in the form of credits(sic), i literally think of myself as being duped by DT and that too without any resolution or relief, despite several complaints with their tech help desk.

There is no way to get a phone number using credits. I earned 110 credits and tried to get a uk phone number first. But after that it shows popup to purchase. I cancelled it and there is a button to 'Earn free credits' to purchase using coupons. But for uk number it showing 'number is not available'. I tried same with us phone number and it redirecting to earn free credits sceen 😅 W T F.. Wasted lot of time 😅
