My phone gets extremely hot within a couple of minutes while using this and the playback works for a few minutes before fast forwarding at an extremely fast rate making the entire feature useless. Really feel bad how this app got updated showing the dates 01/01/2000 recording everyday same date, we couldn’t find playback videos as the isn’t not matching with our present date! Hi,
The app works fine. But the new user interface from April 2024, just ruined the experience for me.
It’s so hard and cumbersome to switch cameras. Every time I close the app and open it back again the footage rolls back from HD to SD. Also, the white colour of the new UI is blinding. There was no need to change the colour of the UI. Atleast add an option to change the colour mode.
Hope the developers read this and and go back to old UI with the update ASAP because it’s really hard to use in its current form.

I don’t understand why they messed up the video quality in the latest update. Also they’ve taken off the time setting while watching the playback. This app is so so so worst that you won’t believe to your eyes. I’m literally shocked to see the madness of the creator of this app and the dumb management of CP Plus who cannot change the app and how it works. It is more slower than a tortoise.
If you want to see what’s happening outside and you open the app then just forget it. It will keep on buffering for at least 10-15 minutes. No matter how many times you refresh. Absolutely waste of time. I think the CP plus gave this app task to sone 7th standard child. Shame on you CP Plus BIG BIG SHAME ON YOU.

1) Whenever I need to watch 1 hour video playback to see what exactly happened, I end up loading playback for more than 10 times since app fails to load playback video bigger than 6-7 min duration.
2) After app update, I can't load any playback videos - not at all. Its completely useless now. While I'm trying to load playback, the app hangs without displaying calendar-widget to schedule from and to times.
Overall a very stupid app which was never good, but became worse after update.

It would be great if I can select how many cameras appear on my home screen..I have currently six cameras installed and I only have the option of viewing them as a 1,4,9 or 16 cameras..I keep them at 9 multi view to be able to monitor all cameras but since I only have 6 cameras the bottom part of my screen is empty..it would be nice if the app creates a multi window based on the number of cameras an individual owns. That way there would not be waste of display space.

Even After the new update the live preview- Main Stream and playback of cameras are hazy and very sharp and normal objects are appearing zig zag like and everything is pixelated. In a large dwelling unit with requirement to manage multiple users, it is difficult to login to console every time when a user has access issues or password to be unlocked.
