The game clearly supports hackers. After so many reports the same hacker is still active trying to sell me hacks “without getting ban”. That’s a shame for a company with such a huge audience and fan base.
While legit players like us aren’t even allowed to change the name when logging in from miniclip after the name got automatically to “player”.
The game now only focuses on looting the money with zero improvements. Thats the reason i have seen big you-tubers left the streaming of this game.

Even if you are at level Pro in pool games, if you don’t buy their sticks and coins they will not let you win by cheating with your cue ball placement into a blocked zone or pot even if it wasn’t looking like, and even a weaker opponent will win by flukes if they have purchased the cue stick.

I have been playing this game since 5 years my star level is 251, i have never seen these many hackers in the game ever since the day im playing, last week i was playing 9 ball 10M match i have lost nearly 200M coins just because of hackers they were not even moving cue but they are able to pot the ball.
This week i have started playing Berlin table same happened here i have been matchmaking by the computer continuously to hackers i have lost nerly 500M not even won single match out of 10.
It is so disappointing, i made up my mind to not play the game again😡😡.
Worst experience I recommend to not download this game its not the game it used to before.

Been playing this game for a few years now. Would have given it a 5 star rating except for the game selection option. When you swipe to select a stake, it sometimes starts a game you just touched to swipe and the bad news is it won’t let you cancel it. I’ve seen 3 million of my points vanish because I accidentally chose a game I didn’t want to play. If the developers can give us a few seconds within which we can cancel the game or have have a confirmation for those high prized game, that would help.
The backspin algorithm is totally screwed or the game is rigged. The cue ball goes scratch no matter what spin you choose.

I had more than 150,000 coins yesterday morning and when I checked in the evening, it was showing only around 34,000. More than 100,000 coins just vanished from my account and clearly I didn’t lose any in games. I tried to find customer support within app but there is no provision of providing customer support or reporting issues within app.
I also think that this app uses AI technology to beat gamers when they are winning more coins with an intention that when player loses coins they spend more to buy in shop section. Not trustworthy game. And unfair gameplay.

It was great in the beginning but recently my coins are disappearing all of sudden. I have lost around 2 to 4 lakh coins. What the hell is this? Why are my coins ceased without bringing to my notice? There was a time when this game only existed on the desktop platform, with much less clutter and distraction. Pure enjoyment through the brilliant design of the board dynamics alone. Now it’s filled with a hundred buttona on the homepage for rewards meant to highlight purchasable items. Folks who can afford to buy coins with real money can afford much better cues leading to unfair advantages and keeping the bottom levels heavy and harder to cross.
Another big issue is that 1 on 1 play option displays the highest bet game based on your present coin amount. Say, if you accidentally tap a 1M challenge while tryingn to scroll left or rigtt ht, there is no way to undo it. All your winnings are put on stake. This is a horrible way to set things up from a UI/UX point of view, unless it’s intended to leave people broke and rush to “buy” coins. All in all, I do not appreciate what they did to the app version of such a beautiful game.

Anyone playing this game knows how difficult it is to get cash. I spend a lot of time and effort on earning it and with that hard earned cash buy surprise boxes hoping to reap the XP bonus promised. I now have 17 rare cues BUT you stopped giving me the bonus after 14 cues meaning either there is a very serious bug or you embezzled atleast 100 cash I spent on 3 cues. And 100 cash is an extremely conservative estimate because you don’t get a new cue with every box as it gives cue pieces to existing ones too, you’re lucky if you get enough pieces for 1 new cue when you open like 9 boxes which would cost atleast 42 cash so it’s far more likely to be 200 cash or only a lot more and not less. C’mon guys I get only a little more than 70% Xp bonus where I deserve 85%! The 2nd star is only because I really liked it before this one big issue. It’s such a big issue that if it weren’t for it I’d have given it 5 stars.

Its fascinating and addictive and better than any pool game out there on app store but there is one problem, it automatic sends match request to all the friends and sometimes when you are in a match like say for 1 million, the request to play in london is sent to most of your added friends without your knowledge and sometimes they accept it and while playing that game it notifies you that you friend has accepted your request to play in london and without recognizing you unknowing hit play now and boom your 1 million is gone.
this is something that i am extremely irritated with, i would want 8 ball pool(miniclip) to completely remove this problem.

It have to setup proper and smooth connectivity during games. During the game it loses the Connectivity and when it’s back the time out. FYI its not my internet connection issue. I have lost millions of coins on this. I hope not only me in this case. Also game initial break rules is cheating it’s not fair to the players whose break turn it is. What can i say if i don’t have any proof but i have seen clearly during my gameplay and am sure that the gameplay is rigged and particularly their coding definitely has a play in deciding the winner. I wont say its 100% but it does have like some 20% in defying the player shots to increase the winning opportunities for opponent. In fact its necessary if they want all their players to keep motivated 😅. This may sound crazy but u may notice once u start to increase ur winning percentage.
And Players please be aware dont invest money here its absolutely no use you ll eventually end up spending up more money as the system is “kind of rigged” (Understand). Even connection slow is doesn’t mean u dont have a high speed interent they do deliberately want to make you loose at times.

I had about 500m coins in my account, my brother asked me to give him some coins, when I given him coins , miniclip banned mine and my brother's account just because i helped him by giving him some coins. They said that my coin balance was reset because you've found exchanging coins between Ids. I've tried to contact them but they don't reply to e-mails. I 've never thought that miniclip will do this kind of bad thing with their users but they did and unfortunately my account left with 300 coins thatswhy i've deleted this game :)

When we wait for another player in tournament, than can we start a visibility to see your opponent match until anyone wins and joins you in semi final. This can be optional and who ever wants to see the match can visit the table. Somethings waiting is long and it starts irritating. 1. Sound vanishes if a call comes while playing. After the call, sound is dead.
2. Coins are not updated in the top box after a match. I was thinking this was only if I lose, but today it happened when I won as well.
