Though the the game is quite stimulating, I would prefer the following:
1. Tie up with one of the big Casinos in Las Vegas
2. enable real payments of dollars thru credit cards.
If won the amount should either be withdrawn by going to a Casino ATM ( should be able to print the Checkout Slip or coupon)Or credited to the bank account of the player in US only.
3. Any incidence of Tax on the won amount be deducted at source before crediting the amount to the account of the player.
It is WIN WIN for all, viz government, player and Casino house.
