The key feature that got me attracted to trello is the ease in which i can save and access my data. The fact that the app has a similar UI in desktop and app does give that seamless feeling while using both. I use it mainly for organising and saving data related to my work and projects and so far i have found this an excellent option than many other apps available.

This is awesome, but please read my VERY IMPORTANT feature request, please show the “labels” text in the board view, it currently shows just the colours, in the browser version the text is displayed inside the labels. In mobile I have to go inside each card to see the label texts. It’s not easy to remember all the labels texts. So please please please make labels text visible or make it optional so that users can choose whether they want to see labels text or not.

Hi, the most important feature “Filter” or “Search Cards” by user name is missing in the app but works on website from my desktop browser. I find this option much useful specially when a board has hundreds of card and just few are assign to me. I don’t wish to spend a lot of time to find the cards assigned to me out of those hundreds of cards. Please consider to add the option to filter the cards.

When I go to my homepage/boards I am greeted with 6 tiles of boards while I created 3. This is because it categorises them in recents, personal. This adds up to my tension of work because it’s all about work list that is pending. I personally feel there is no need to show recents as person using such an app must be good enough to manage and remember where which board has been kept.

I’ve been using Trello for over a year and a half now and I absolutely love it. I have been using it for IT projects as a SCRUM tool to planning my life i.e. to set goals and aspirations, travel itineraries list, bucket lists, even weight goals to materialistic wish lists using checklists. I think it’s built really well and the devs have made it generic enough to cover a wide range of problems in an effective manner. The only issue I found with the iOS app was that it still doesn’t process markdown in iOS so it shows the actual code of markdown rather than making it bold or a link. I had reported this bug to them long ago but it hasn’t been fixed yet and hence the one star less. I hope they fix this with an update moving forward.

Honestly, my content creation and management has been so organised because of Trello. Agenda does a crappy job in front of this, nites are way far behind in this race. Trello, you guys could improve your UI though. Make it more ‘iphone neat’. Subtle colora and looks. That would make it awesome.

It increased my productivity. Now i hardly forget my tasks and things whether it is personal or business related.
I can add things on the go in the app. I can segregate my tasks based on category and priority. It has superb functionalities.
The only things missing is Calender View of tasks and reminders. I can not see which tasks is due today, tomorrow or after week etc. I have to scroll all my tasks to check which one to do. That is why 4 star.

It took me a while to get around to using it, and is still difficult for me to get people to use it, but once I have got into it it’s kind of become like a necessity for me. I can track almost anything, be it business or personal and helps not to kiss anything. Most importantly I don’t have to be worried about forgetting things cause it’s safely written down. The levels of segregation help to go from macro to micro very easily.
