Caller ID not working after purchasing a new phone number

I purchased a phone number for Canada and the caller ID doesn’t work if I want to display the number that I purchased. It’s picking random phone numbers from my home country and doesn’t display the number I purchased. There’s no option to reach out to support team on the WeTalkapp.com website. Disappointed that there’s no support system and the features that I paid for are not working.
It needs to recharge balance what is the meaning of WiFi call then?

I have added money to this app and when I tired to call, i can heard ring sound from my phone but in reality the receiver end is not connected.
They are cheating by showing ringing from Dailer end. Please do not get cheated. You cannot make a single call.
