I have been using this for the past 4 years and I have a premium membership.
Out of the many apps this was the one that suited me the most. I did all my budgeting in this. Years worth information. Few days back I changed my SIM and tried to re-login, all my data got lost. Few data of 2020 was retrieved. I tried all things to sync, including Fix-Sync issue. No use. Feedback form send, no response from developer. App is good but data storage is something important. Poor in that aspect. I regret to the core.

I have a premium lifetime subscription for this app. Data loss is very common in this app. When you buy a new phone and try to login there and sync your data, its all gone. It has happened so many time for me. Sync will work for sometime, but later it will not work and we never know until we try to login on a new device. Another thing is their updates. They do not update the app frequently. If you see the version history, they update the app once in 6 month or year. And these updates in 6 months wont have anything different. Its just their way of showing update history updated. These guys are fooling around. There are way better apps to buy.

The app has a nice UI but the Remaining Funds available is not shown upfront on the main page. You need to click the card like wallet icon on top right to see your remaining funds. I like to see it upfront to plan accordingly. There are too many categories which some might like but I don’t prefer it because is makes the pie chart difficult to read as pie chart colors are too similar due to many categories.

Have been using the premium version since 2015, and I have to say, I was quite satisfied with the app. However jump to 2019, and when I try and delete the old data, so that I can start afresh, everytime I open the app, it keeps showing up previous history, even though I sync the app after making corrections. This has been very frustrating as it’s time consuming to delete all previous years data.
Post the new update for iOS 13, the app has once again reverted to the older data and has screwed up the transaction histories, furthermore, the budget and chart section seems to calculate everything twice, though it has been inputed once.
I hope you guys can fix this issue, else I’d be left with no option but to move to another finance tracking app.

Pocket expense is one of the best apps for tracking expense. I'd purchased the pro version in September'18 and I've been using it since then.
Unfortunately Expense Pro version stopped updating itself post Jan'19 on my phone and I've never been able to export my own data. Data hasn't synced post May'19. Don't know what's the issue and I've never been able to reach out to Appxy. Pls help else I'll have to request for a refund and move to Bookipi.

For someone like me who needs to constantly keep a track on their expenses and see where they’re spending the most, this app is the best. I tried several other apps before this but after using this I have never looked back. It’s easy to use and very versatile.
However, they should add a feature to save the data and export it.

I was on the lookout for a good app to keep track of all expenses, for a long time. Found this. Downloaded it and now I can record my expenses on the go and immediately, if I want to and I do. So, when I get my Credit Card Statement at the end of the month, I know exactly what each item on the list is about. All credit card, bank and cash transactions are kept in one place. Plus the option to export statements for a specified period and adding photos of receipts to an expense is pretty nifty and handy!
Not giving it a 5 star rating because I wish there’s no app for the MacBook.

After updating the recent app, I lost all my transactions without images and now I am in big trouble as I have used this app while I was in short trip with other group of people so whatever expense I have entered is gone now from App. I have sent email to support and they said we will revert and it has been more a week but haven’t received any reply so really frustrated and I am not going to use this app.
Also I have purchased this app and when I try to restore purchase then nothing is happening and now started getting ads and lost premium feature. This is also annoying for me.

I have been using this app for a long time. I started using this app when I had an iphone 6 plus. Now I recently got an iphone xs and then tried using this app on my new phone. To my surprise the app data was not synced from my previous phone. Plus i had bought the premium version of this app and on my xs it shows as non premium member!!! This is horrible customer service!! I have written to them and they have not replied till now. I want my data synced and my account should be premium as it was in xs!!!!

I am using this app for last 3 4 months. And I am loving it. This is the best expense tracking app I have come across so far.
For the developers - It would be great if one more feature can be added. Currently we can check expenses for a given month and then for that month, we can see expenses by category. Can you please add a feature where we can go into a category first and then list down all expenses month wise for that category. It would really help me to track my expenses for a category month wise.

UPDATED COMMENT : After update It showed screwed up data and after logging out all the data got erased. Now this frustrated me and as per the previous comment of mine I deleted this app and tried others. After trying two other I came back to this. Though I am still not happy with interface this app still does the best possible job for me.
OLDER COMMENT : I had been using this app for 2 years now. I found it a great platform to track my family expense and found the simple layout very convenient to use. After update it shows screwed up data, and I am not at all happy with the new interface. I have logged out and reinstalled the app, hopefully the data would correct itself. If Not I am actually gonna delete it for ever and download some other finance app.

This is best I have found after the search of 1yr on apple App Store. This best because it gives you clear tracking of your bank balance & budget vs actual experience. You will find no of apps on App Store but the customisations n the required report you will get in this app only.
I have used 100 of apps before this but not single apps help me to give required support.
Dear developers pls try to provide authority to plan budget for subcategories wise for more better tracking. For exp. if you have 4 subcategories under main expense head you need to budget for them in totality, n need to keep back of your mind individual subcategories budget, which difficult.
Crashing & Messed with data after update

After update of PE v6 I lost my data! I was unable to find any of my logs, So i trued to uninstall and reinstall the same and after logging to my account data recovered but it recovered as mess. Every all all logs I made in one year are messed up. Now non of my balance match. I request you to look at the recovery of data after uninstalling this app it is useless if data is not uploaded on cloud correctly. I won't be using this app anymore now.. I can't just sit and clear up mess for a year and half you have created. Thanks for helping me out one year. I will look out for another finance app.

I asked for following query:
“I am using iPhone 5s. I had logged on to another account on this device. When I logged back to my account it is not getting synchronised with the latest data which was appearing before log out. The data is completely screwed up.”
After sending reminders I got following reply after 9 days:
“If the old data is not fully uploaded, we have no way to get it back, sorry for the inconvenience.”
When I asked for refund of subscription amount, I was asked to contact App Store.
Please don’t subscribe to this app unless you test it on multiple devices and multiple accounts. There are serious issues with synchronisation.

I have been using this app for more than a year now. It’s very simple and awesome. But I think it needs currency support at account level. This means i have multi currency accounts and i can only set one currency now. Please add currency ($,₹,£ etc) for account and also make transfer between multi currency account seamless and easy. Thanks :)

This is really good app to track expenditure. Since , I liked it so I paid for upgrade so more features and adfree facilities should be available, but it did not happened, although upgrade charges being successfully debited from my account.

I was using the premium paid version since 2015 and after recent update the app distorted lots of account transactions data and was painful to fix and had to give up. Also the new interface launched for iPhone X looks only appealing to eye but extremely bad usability wise compared to previous simpler version. Also default category in Settings has a bug for many years and won’t default to set category and account for nee transactions. Now see they have launched premium version at 599 and though I paid 349 earlier I have been downgraded to free user - what a shame! For those frustrated like me try Money Manager app - slick and extremely intuitive friendly interface
Excellent App but Sync screwed up

This app is simple and very useful. But recently I switched my device and then all the problems started. The sync is not working properly and i got all screwed up data. I have been using this app for more than a year so finding and correcting faulty data was impossible. Had to compromise data quality and make adjustments in my sheet to continue using the same.

Very good expense management app available in play store... new update version is very user friendly ..I bought the pro version of the app but still using the free version can’t restore purchase .. very very poor customer support the developer , only 1 star for customer support

the new interface is nice with easy search options, however the basic function of showing balance of the month has disappeared, Why? The previous version one could see available balance after each transaction. BRING IT BACK.

It's a simple & efficient app for expense tracking. Only wish it had a few more features like searching for a particular expense by name.
Latest update is visually good but distorts the basic functionality

No doubt latest update has made the app visually appealing. But it has destroyed the basic functionalities - sub categories are now presented in a laundry list and not in a tree structure, thereby making it difficult to select the right subcategory. Autofill was easier to use earlier when it was like a drop down. Now we need fo swipe left to tight continuously to find the right combination. After selecting a sub-category and unless the transaction is saved, it just shows the subcategory and not category:subcategory like it used to show earlier. So it just confuses and makes us recheck if indeed that subcategory belongs to the right category. Even the total shown in report is wrong.
To put it short, app needs a major rework on logic and intuitiveness.

Awesome App considering the fact that they provide almost everything for Free and charging a minuscule for Pro version. However, a comparison between Budget Vs Actual is missing! E.g. If you incur any out of the budget expenses, it should show a negative category which is curiously absent in this otherwise excellent App. Correct this and you will get 5 out 5!

I have always loved the app, but it surely lacked some key features. With this redesign, and the charts feature revamped, I am really impressed. However, the Charts' algorithm is double calculating the sub-categories while showing expenses, hence showing an increased number. Please fix this by keeping your old algo and I'll give you 5 stars.

I have been using this app for more than an year now. I feel this is an excellent app and offers flexibility to customise type of expenses, modes of payment etc. the app is very stable and doesn’t crash.
