Zynga was my favourite past time. But, at times I get a feeling that Zynga is unfair with players who play with purchased chips. But I am convinced that Zynga is rigged. Millions of purchased chips are sucked back cunningly & cleverly. Can Zynga explain drastic reduction of on line players? Zynga should reward with a billion Zynga chips atleast for those who have lost heavily. And also for legends who are level 200, there should be a special reward of billion chips & higher daily free spin chips. New version need to be speeded up. I had been playing this game from past 15 years and never had any violations. Jump to a few weeks ago, I won some big hands and amassed some chips. Still nothing but today out of the blue, I open the app and to my surprise I am hit with the account violation. Nowhere in it have they mentioned what violation has been committed or why they have suspended the account other than this generic readout and for some reason I am unable to contact the customer support to resolve the issue. So, 0 stars to zynga poker and just to inform zynga that there are many other poker games in the marketplace.

The game is absolutely good but now it looks like the company has become greedy for funds. Too many ads leads to disappointment, frustration and ultimately customer dissatisfaction. There is no option to skip those big ads. This will decrease the number of customers significantly and one day when there will be no one left, then all those morons who are sitting at top level management will have to play poker alone on their own app, watching ads. Haha uninstalling.

The algorithm encourages wins for new players and players with recent purchases. Probability is almost nil as you progress w/o further purchases. Not sure if they would make money otherwise but not the ideal program either. Should be left as a platform and player choices. This is also why they do not show the hands of the loosing players. These may be part of the program and hence the opacity. Deleting this.

I really love playing the game and it’s great fun. I would have given it 5 stars without hesitation but there are certain drawbacks that cannot be forgiven. The main issue is that you give pop up ads in between games, and I have lost a hand so many times because I couldn’t skip the ad and could bet on even my winning hand.
Many a times you don’t show the hands of losing players, the ones who call a hand. That’s terrible.
And so many times I auto bet the table even if I am not the small or big blind!
And there is a major issue with your connectivity! If I ever get a call or even go to my home screen for even a second , it takes ages for the game to connect again and most times I end up folding a hand!
You really need to fix these issues

I have played poker through the app and through Facebook a bit over years. With about 7-8 years of experience of this app, I can safely say that this app is completely biased and makes you play against bots several times to make you lose and to push you for buying chips.
Advice - never click on buy chips buttons even for the sale of looking at the offers. The moment it senses the user’s clicks, it starts sending more lucrative offers and you start losing chips.

I play poker only on apps and I keep changing my Facebook passwords every 3-4 months. I had almost 750 million chips and my account got hacked. Zynga has very poor security. Now I just don’t feel like even wasting my time on this game. I would play on a more secured platform than this. I have been very disappointed with zynga. Don’t waste time on this app as you will earn some chips only to get hacked and will be gone. It’s a waste. It can be zynga itself to who might be taking the chips away. Who knows. Then was us to buy chips so they can take it away. Don’t download this game. It’s a scam.

The game claims to be official FairPlay certified. But what I have noticed and what seems to be a complaint from all of the players is that if you’ve bought chips once, then it seems the game automatically makes you lose for a considerable time so that you are forced to buy chips to stay in action. Seems to be true for me as I have consistently lost after refusing to buy more chips. It may just be a coincidence but having seen so many complaints I doubt it

Probably the best poker game . Feels like playing it in real . Just a sugession. Show the chips as they are. When i play on phone and my friend has 1.5B chips.. it shows only 1B so make it more accurate

I have been playing poker for past 5 years. This update has the better UI and i think it has reduced partiality as compared to past, with player buying coins against non buyers.🙄

Like so many player feeling same when we are play for free ur winning % are good but when u start buying loosing chances are very high winning hand converts in loss and even not giving spin better for buyer it’s really demotivating better not to buy play for free only I have purchased so many and loosing in few hands.

I have screenshot that new week has just started and already without playing a single hand top 39 players in the league have won 5 billion and to advance to higher ranking you need to be in top 30 which is not fair as top 39 are already 5 billion up without even playing, they have 0 chips and have hardly played few hands in lifetime so how is it possible?? It is demotivating to not see yourself go up the rankings and league when you genuinely winning chips.

Loved the game and totally hooked onto it.. But something is fishy.. i dunno if other players feel it too.. it seems u tend to lose some money automatically in mega fast cash event when u win a hand.. also it seems sometime that there are bots playing the game..

Have been playing for nearly a decade ( on and off) and I love ZYNGA POKER
But since I started buying chips, I started loosing more. My winning % dropped 7-10 %)Also the amount of chips I buy for the same amount differs massively on desktop site and phone app. ( phone app offers much less for the same amt)
So going back to playing for free rather, and play other games more...
