I am requesting everyone please don’t waste money on this app, these guys are cheat, I tried 3 mins calling and then I purchased the plan for $10 the call immediately gets failed and no response is from their team.

I tried with two visa debit cards but they do not accept payment. When i contacted customer care they ask me to send pic of id and card which I sent them. Later on they start asking about bank statement in pdf. This is rediculous.

Half of the times after connection can't hear the voice from other sides and still i am getting charged. And sometimes it happens so that there is lag between voice. This problem happens even when i am using Phone call option. Some of your service agent said that to use Mobile Internet/ Wifi option. & that turned out to be disaster.And its not so due to internet issue, i have a speed of 100mbps how much do you need?
Irritated by your service.
Total waste of money. It's better i pay more to my cellular operator. Atleast it would work!

First off, the concept of unlimited calls is available from a lot of other VoIP service providers and some of them provide mischief better service. My chief complaint is that IVR options mostly do not work and it’s very difficult to contact toll free international numbers for banks, airlines etc.
The next frustrating problem is auto-disconnection after 60 mins! Most queues might require us to wait 3-4 hrs. It’s very frustrating to get calls disconnected after we have waited for an hour.
The third problem is that even if the other party is busy, rebtel goes on ringing. I can’t understand why they can’t give the correct info.

Hi, I am using Rebtel from mast three months, I found it is very good but there is a bug which I usually see is that, whenever I am calling to any number and that number is either 1. Switched off, 2. Not reachable, 3. Already in another phone call, 4. Not available or any other status.
It is always ringing from rebtel which gives us false information I always thought that why no one is picking up the phone call. We should get the correct information while calling like if the call receiver is on another then we should be getting the call waiting tone and so on......
If you can update this feature this will be a great change and will be very helpful for us to know the exact calling information.

Initially I tried out this service and I was very happy with the service. The clarity was good and it was worth the price but I’ve been using this for the last 3 months and I’m regretting it now since the calls are so hard to get connected. I have to keep trying at least 5 or 6 times till the call gets through. When the billing time is about to come a pop up message informing about paying before the dead Line would be convenient to know when the next charge is about to come.

After reading the reviewing in the app store i thought the app will be good and i install the app then after reacharging while making the call i found problem with voice. I am calling to india mobile number but the opposite people not getting my voice. Only i am receiving voice that side not hearing anything and also in opposite side they are not receiving the call it automatically cutting the call and it showing always busy . Please clear my problem

This app is surely developed by someone with less knowledge, Testing is not done. There are lot of lags in this app. Installed , While setup it asks for my Mobile number , after entering num i dont get otp, used call option , got a call , it says to verify your phone number please press 1, did that , now it repeats the message “to verify your phone number please press 1” ..

I was totally amazed with this service and immediately subscribed to the service after my trial expired. But unfortunately I couldn’t make calls anymore after I was charged. I still wanted to give it a chance but the customer service doesn’t even respond to my queries and this feels like a scam now.
