Live chatting : quick replies like ❤️,👎🏻,👍🏻,😂,🔥, yes, no , clear really helps in saving time for making notes in live class. Live : 🔴 this red dot in web takes u upto the live portion if your video is some seconds slow but it’s not in app . Speed : in web if you joined 20 mins late and watched from starting in 2x , then the moment you reach live the speed will automatically become normal but in app it will lag if you reach live. Battleground and AI guru : I have not watched this feature on iPad even after the update

Today, took the neem course, looking at the few classes I see teachers act a lot and uses Hindi a lot. Use English as language of communication when you are offering the course in English for pan India. There are courses which are offered in Hindi and use Hindi over there why in English batches? App logs out very frequently and does not support multi device login. Overall just ok with my first day impressions. Irritating of hinglish usage which many students who took this course across India may not follow.

I am satisfied with all the features that this app provides. But there is a problem in iPad version of this app. There is no option of 'view in printable format’ of downloaded pdfs due to which I cannot save them in my device files. Further, I cannot print them. I generally prefer handwritten notes but i need to print out the mind maps and short notes provided along with lecture notes. Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible.

I found the paid lectures very good and informative. I would say that the online faculty in case of PW is the best. But, to my surprise, the offline faculty is not very good and also they charge for everything...
So if anyone wants to study from PW, it's good but it's better online unlike other institutions.

My batch is going to end i have reported various time on app that I am not able to take live classes of my paid batch but I can take free batches classes live at that particular time but my prayas paid batch do not work during live second problem in iOS device when the video mode is on mean when I am taking classes that slide bar of iOS means the gesture bar don’t hide that is really annoying because due to this, the video become little bits smaller that means that is not full screen. Please resolve the problem.

I am a student of Arjuna jee 2024. I face a lot of problem related to the doubt engine. Once the doubt has been asked and also it is cleared by the assistant in audio form. Then I am not able to listen that audio not even once in my iOS, iPad and the same thing is there when I sent the audio message or the teacher send a audio message in the saarthi chat section I am very irritable of this because this is happening from almost June and there is no solution for this till now. Please pay attention towards it.

I went to PW offline centre and got SCAMMED. Reasons are listed below: -Bad faculty. no one is able to solve my doubts, guide me or help me with covering backlogs. They cant even teach properly -poor infrastructure. Modules are of NCERT level and teacher never taught anything according to their study material .its just for decoration. -very careless about their students. I left PW in december and in April first week i got call where they asked my to pay my fee of 12th and in between they never bothered to ask how my preparations were going -6 days a week classes which made time management so chaotic that i couldn’t get time for self study -Everything in App is PAID. All their online doubt solving programs to lectures EVERTHING IS PAID THATS HOW THEY EARN MONEY if you don’t believe me then get scammed and then realise or realise that ALAKH PANDEY IS A SCAMMER nothing else

I m facings problem in the opening of the study page section in the app…the study page section is not opening..bht baar tap karne ke baad bhi kabhi kabhi on hota hai…amd ye problem main 29 oct se face kar rha hu,Aur jab main apne friends ke mobile par log in karta hu toh open ho jata hai without any problem..lekin jab main mera ios par open karne jata hu toh open nahi hota hai…bohot problem ho raha hai.

After the recent update, there are many problems on my iPad, I haven’t been able to do a single live class properly. Chat and poll really laggy, haven’t been able to open them since the update. App crashes AT LEAST 7-8 times during a class and takes about 5 minutes to open again. Really hectic and even after I didn’t voluntarily update the app.

I have been facing this issue, I am trying to put the video quality at 240p but it keeps showing 720p my data gets totally consumed bcz of this also if I try to put quality at 240p again it shows total blank. Do something with this , I am preparing for my semester exam through this. I only have iPad to study, I don’t use mobile phone to study please fix this ASAP.

Worse app customer care service in the recent update, the PW had had removed the download option from the PW iPad version. This is very bad. For these It created many problems to me that I am unable to download the lectures I have complained about this to physics Walla but they are doing nothing. I am so frustrated from their customer service till last update. I was able to download videos from the PW app in old version but since recent they presented new version I am unable to download and they are doing nothing.

I would like to appreciate sst team members and kapil poonia sir as they resolve our problem within few days i joined pw vidyapeeth ranchi from june during initial days we always get a small room or sometimes we are enable to get selfstudy due to extra classes, proper discipline was also not maintained but our regional head who visit our centre once a month(kapil pooniya sir) resolved every problem in presence of him we get proper self study room with well maintained discipline!! The poll is not functioning in every live classes, I can’t attend the poll and the “SUBMIT ” button is not been functioning from the day 1 (From 16 August ) to till this date, I patiently waited till the last update but no such changes has been done till now.

When I change volume in full screen during lecture
Volume bar get stuck and not disappear from screen ruined my lecture.
When I download a video and then play it without internet black screen appear unless I play video during internet on.
Please fix this issue as these things get annoying in day to day life.

Dear developers, Please please please remove the spammers and abusers in the class it really hurts us as students to see our teachers feel bad and frustrated Many video lectures and practice session are removed from khazana (for eg. advance lecture from rajwant sir in laws of motion chapter ) Please add a call support in pw as it is really slow and awkward to wait for email Please add a ‘remember batch’ feature as it is tedious and time waste to find my batch from “batches ” again and again Please fix the app crashing issue as it is really annoying and intolerant At the end I want to say that quality of teaching is top notch and you guys have best teachers especially rajwant sir you guys just have to improve UI and make the teachers feel they are respected…

Sir download is demanding very high speed and if we opt to download the same video again at low quality then it adds a new download for same video with previous one also on download , also there is no delete option for in progress downloads plus downloaded videos are getting vanished within hours of download
The app is FLAWLESS! Only lacks “ask a doubt” feature…

The app only had two major issues… lack of saarthi and ask a doubt feature… Now that saarthi has been added to the app the only feature lacking is ask a doubt feature…. I still have to log in and out of my iPad and phone just to be able to use the ask a doubt feature.
Kindly add ask a doubt feature as soon as possible too, as it’s a fundamental feature… it’s a humble request. Would be very grateful. 🙏🏼

Content is good but video quality is only till 720 p, why? Also not supportive like unacademy for doubts at least for MBA batches, please introduce doubt helplines or a section in app where all can post doubt. The problem I am facing is if I am having any issue in a dpp of 2 months back, where and whom should I reach out I don’t know, if I will comment below that video then nobody is responding to it, so my suggestion is is that please have a section in the app like a telegram group so I will be able to ask my old doubts.

First of all Thankyou for the amazing teachers Alakh sir. In my device (IOS) I’m unable to download any lecture I tried many time but nothing happen then I report 3-4 time and within 24 hours I got an update and the download option is available now. Thnku PW tech team for the fast action❤️

It’s an amazing app. The teachers are amazing and are working very hard for us.
Just a few requests for the developers…
1. Please fix the live chat feature.
2. Please add a download feature as it will help a lot for those who use mobile data.
3. And also please add a new section that specifically shows the batch that I’ve purchased (just like in the web version), cuz whenever I open the app, I have to search the name of my batch every time.
Apart from that, the developers have done a marvellous job in making the app interface as smooth & comfortable as possible.
(Anyways, I will try my best this year with the help of ‘Yakeen 2.0’)

Everything is great but there is a change you should do! I just want the team to let us login atleast in two devices at a time.... My ipad runs out of power so I couldn’t attend the classes in my mobile phone..... I have to all that OTP stuffs again.... If this is resolved then I’ll rate the app 5/5.
