I must say the entire process of getting a 2nd number and setting it up for calls and messages is really easy. But after about a week the app seemed to have a glitch. Now normally any other developer would have taken this seriously, heard out complaints and tried to resolve it within a day or two maximum. I do not what factors are involved in restoration of the purchased numbers, but it should not inconvenience the customer who has sincerely paid their hard earned money for the service you provide. More importantly, I've been told since more than a week now almost everyday that it will soon be resolved, but unfortunately I haven't seen the service up and running. It is very disappointing to see such bad turn around time to fix issues.

The first month it worked after that once I renewed and money was deducted it stopped working contacted customer services and they said that there was a technical fault with the app and it would be rectified soon. The next day it said my number had expired and customer service stopped responding to messages. Very sad I hope they give me a refund. I know someone else who paid 3 months upfront and it’s not working
