If there is no player matchmaking you matched with bot which is not good. I defeated Rank 1 players many times but you matched with bot having win ratio 66% it is injustice with player. If you don’t rectify it I’m going to uninstall it with others friends also.

Better play other chess game apps out there. Because each match you have to see advertisement which is literally irritating. If you(miniclip) want money provide more features, tournaments or in app purchases etc., Rather this ads on every match is really bad experience. Keep atleast each 5 matches or something. It will not take long time to uninstall.

It worked fine before, but after updating the game with Chess Pass version, Chess Pass rewards are diffucult to claim.. it always shows 'Please wait' and I can't collect them most of the time.. and sometimes after winning a match, Chess Points are not added up too
