I use IphoneX and boat storm call. I connected my phone with watch and not even receiving any notification. And also for call whe I connect to boat storm call BT only, then I am getting the call alerts(not the app notifications). It is big headache for me having a smart watch which does it show any notification. Please improve this app.

My watch and I phone are connected via app but message & call notifications are not on my Boat wave lite watch. I have followed all instructions mentioned in user manual and first response from customer support.

The 1st problem is that sometimes when we are connecting the watch to the phone for the first time it takes forever to connect and i have to reinstall it.
Their are so many funky watch faces which looks good only on 8 years old kid.
This app really need to upload some analog watch faces or some plain clock style watch faces.
Thinking of buying a watch other than boat.

boAt when ever I connect my watch to the Bluetooth and after that open your app it’s showing my Bluetooth is connected but after few seconds I didn’t get my call or notification then I open your app it’s showing my watch isn’t connected but Bluetooth is connected with your watch then I remove your app and again I had to start from the beginning very unsatisfied

1. Watch Faces were not updated at all when I first paired it.

Hi,
I am experiencing some bugs after the new update as my smartwatch gets disconnected automatically also notifications and my daily activities are not shown accurate.
Also the sync between watch and the app is not accurate. I tried uninstalling the app and also reconnecting the watch but all in vain.

There are many shortcomings or areas of improvement which are must have for the app.
1. On updating the face, today’s data step count heartbeat everything is lost. These should be saved as I am just changing the face. The current functionality means that if you want to preserve the data change the face only in the morning.
2. I hog a firmware update today. Upgrading the firmware also reset today’s data. What the hell is this? You are giving big fixes in upgrade to add one more bug??
These 2 issues I have faced are on wave lite. I am not sure if they are there for other watch versions too.

Watch faces are very limited and almost has no option to choose from either: only 1 of them is decent enough to keep . Kindly add some more like other watches are doing. People like to have variety in basket.
Also “Mute Call” option would be a great add on.. as not everyone disconnects the calls.

Don’t buy anything from Boat all products are average and if any time you need replacement or repair or refund you never get that. Just forget your product i said just forget I have problem with my boat flash watch and I return it to service centre at 17 may and they received at 21may now till date I didn’t get my watch or any updates from Boat. Please provide more watch faces for boat flash (animated would be awesome) or some more classic ones will also be good , mostly in black would be loved by everyone(also saves battery)
And provide an update for the watch so that i can customise my layout, so that i can access music more easily just with one swipe. This is me asking too much , but if the music player can show the album cover too it would look awesome.

App needs to be connected with some kind of account (Apple ID or Google), there shall be some way of storing the data in cloud
I have used Mi band before & they have a nice application with Google login integrated along with their own Mi ID & the data is stored and easily accessible
Also app notifications there should be some way where user can enable or disable it for each and every different application (enabling others in app notification section disturbs a lot as there are tremendous applications which send notifications)
Kindly look into this boat team and try to improve the application in future by updating the required features, you guys have done great work in case of hardware but software needs to be upgraded
