I am unable to place stop or limit for the opening position in my account using the app . All order getting rejected. Every time I need to call dealers to place target or stop loss for my opening position.
Dealer said arranging call with technical support but not received call. So when I tried to contact them directly by pressing number 2. No one took . The call was hold for 8 minutes with the music .
Please help to give call back to me and fix my issues and send me English video for placing trade on your platform for better understanding.
Due to this bug I feel fear to trade in your app by using more capital.

Many times app suddenly stops working, order won’t get executed. On April 10th it has issue with money deposit. I was not able to deposit money for whole day. Shoonya is a great platform for small fund traders as 0 brokerage is charged however a lot of improvements can be made.
1) Improve Servers so less hang time and lag
2) IOS users do not receive any notifications
3) APP takes times to refresh values after it is closed to visit another app
4) Improve on the UI as when adding a script it does not show in search
5) Watchlists and scripts completely disappear if the app is not used over a day.
Finvasia team should really work on this asap if they do want to be the best in the market.

One thing I definitely miss is notifications for triggered gtt, both sell and buy.
Other bug/feature: Inspite of making a gtt order, the order by default goes as day order unless specifically changed to gtt. I would prefer it to be automatically changed from day to gtt, as at the moment it is counter productive to have to manually change from day to gtt. I failed to notice it for last three days and had to repeatedly place new orders, to only realise what was going wrong

1. Analysis drawings on chart not getting saved
2. Whenever I open the chart it opens with 1 min timeframe which is little bit annoying
3. It takes time to open the chart
Secondly the feature which was available and useful was while exiting the position in options I could see the index value is removed from updated version

Earlier version was good in term of order quick execution but new one is having soooooo many bugs .. don’t know that your testing team have tested I can count minimum 10 important bugs .. 1 not showing average buy/sell price 2 can’t convert normal to mis 3 no direct access to option chain and once order is placed order window and option chain is gone and have to search from scratch (through future info tab)4 while doing full exit of all order it’s taking normal order by default even for MIS positions and place new order in normal 5 if click market order and then click on limit order it’s not updating latest price of asset in price field it keeping the old value only .please fix these issue asap otherwise wise I will have to switch to other broker .because user experience is very bad of this latest app. Additionally too much info in option chain hard to find strikes for quick execution you can make it configureable if want to add more details.

It removes so many features that were good in the old app
1-Index is not visible on top as a ticker anymore. Now it’s a pull down. While placing an order on mobile how are we supposed to see what nifty is at
2-avg sell/buy price is not visible anymore
3-from orders tab /complete u can’t access the chart anymore
4- I could go on but u can check their twitter handle getting bombarded with complaints
5– give us the option to revert to old app or make the changes in this app.

I was checking the reviews of this app as I recently got a message of new Shoonya app is launching soon. The reviews list down some of common issues such as poor loading time, price doesn’t update when you open it locking then unlocking the phone, lagging performance and opening it for longer results excess CPU utilisation. 2.9 out of 5 isn’t great. Although, apart from above personally I am loving the app with for brokerage free experience.
No notifications and Gtt support on options

1.Even when the order is executed there is no notification
2.When you switch the app there is lag and price wont be updated
3. Add feature of place both sl and target on the same order
4. When enabling faceid the app crashes

I am new with this app but find out very amazing, overall handy and useful, quite a good experience.

Notifications & Face ID

No notifications on iphone, no option to enable notifications.
Also, whenever you try to enable biometric, the app crashes on iPhones with faceid.
So you have to enter password and request otp/totp every time.
The only trading app that deserves 5 star rating

The only trading app that deserves 5 star rating. Its free and has lots of features but don’t know why people not using it much. Much Better than zerodha and others
Plz add bracket order for index option trading...
Mobile app and desktop app issue

So much improvement from previous version.
I have two issue as of now...
Whenever I try to switch on biometric .. app automatically close
2nd one is suggestion- there should be sticky order window feature like in zerodha i.e after placing order , order tab/window should open so that we can place multiple order within short time . This feature is not even in desktop app , we have to press f1 every time to place order

App and services are excellent. Just few things I noticed which can be better. 1. In my laptop whenever I open web. Chart looks bit blurry becoz of the resolution. It would be great if we can customise the size of watchlist window. Problem will be resolved 2. after refresh/logout, I loss all my drawings and settings. 3. If you can provide a separate Oder setting where we can set 2 contracts in oder window for long and short entry. Like X(CE) Y(Pe) and price below. so via watching Index we can directly place the order by Clicking X or Y without opening other contract charts.

Poor design and extremely buggy. Cannot delete scrip from watchlist. Crashes on selecting biometric login in settings. Not designed for option traders. No way to add or create a strategy. Just terrible. No way to add to a basket from option chain.

The recent updates are good. But the app is not registered for any notification on iphone. It does not even seek permission to register with iphone notification. The other glitch is it wont be able to refresh if we leave the app open and switch to some other app for more than 10mins.
Will be nice to have notification alerts and also a feature to alert when a particular scrip/fno reaches a set target
Otherwise nice stable app so far.

Going good but there is no notifications for executed orders, the alerts are there but there is no notifications for them either please resolve this issue in the next update.
Order notification not popping up iphone

The app and features are best but order notifications are not popping up in iphone whenever an order is executed there must be some notification even if phone is locked when an order gets executed
Issue in Keyboard while placing order

The keyboard is not closing once price and qty update kindly fix the issue.

I said this earlier over phone to your customer service for few times and now here after downloading the latest version today which provides option to enable finger print. After providing the fingerprint screen shows and “null” and turns to blank, I have to close and open again to use the App. Poor testing again by finvasia
Unable to place limit orders

I am using iPhone 7, today updated app to latest version, but in this version I am unable to place limit orders. After entering limit amount, keyboard screen of numbers is not going down. So i cannot manually edit numbers in limit orders and submit them
Issue with loading stock charts

App is overall good but charts are not getting loading when we click on stock to
See it’s details like charts, technicals, fundamentals etc.
Please work on this issue and release new update to solve chart loading issue.
Launch full landscape mode on iPad

Enable landscape mode on iPad. Display index on top of the page visible on all page. Display net position, order, trade, pending as smooth hovering clickable as in zerodha. Presently one has to select scroll button which is tedious. Watchlist should be bower and select type. Reduce white spaces. Some error in adding scrips to watchlist. Once one takes a position net position and that scrip details should be visible.
SHOONYA desktop can be developed to appear smoothly and fully functional.
Good App but lacks some features

Good app but the main deficiency is there are no weak names either in orders page or trades page or positions page which is causing very difficulty in closing the existing positions when there are options with the same strike prices but with multiple week expiries. However the week numbers are available in watchlist. please provide week numbers in orders, trades and net positions lists also.

It’s a timely improvement over Scalpert but a long way to go if you have to match up to Zerodha’s Kite.
01. We got to have a full page display in Landscape mode. This app is far too small on the iPad.
02. The Nifty and Bank Nifty index should be visible at all times which will make it easier to execute a trade.
03. Try to get all the good features of Kite onto this.
