When you have purchased the Gold plan it offers both Telugu and Tamil content, yet when you search for a movie it searches only within the language you have selected. That’s the dumbest thing I have ever seen an app do. I was searching for a. Movie for the last one week and although I know it was on the platform I could not find it. Later I realised the language switch hides content from the other language and then I could find content within that language. Wow this must be the stupidest way to do search. Just open the search to both languages instead of the language selected.
There is no sound output in my home theatre for the Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound movies.

Today, I subscribed to Aha Gold to view 4K movies along with Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound. After subscribing to Aha Gold, if I play any 4K movie with 5.1 surround sound there is no sound output in my Sony home theatre. If I play a normal movie/content which doesn't have 5.1 surround sound then I'm able to hear the sound. I’m using Sony Bravia 4K Oled tv (Andriod Tv) and Sony home theatre. Both support Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound. I’m getting 5.1 surround sound in all other OTT apps like Netflix, Prime, Hotstar, ZEE5 etc. It's a total waste of money to subscribe to Aha Gold. I need a refund.

1. When I finish watching an episode of a series, a small pop-up appears saying "plays next in x seconds." However, when I click on it, the next episode starts playing from the middle instead of the beginning, which is really annoying.
2. If I switch to another tab while a video is playing, it continues in a small floating screen. But when I return to the app from the recent apps page, the video shows a black screen while the audio continues playing in the background.
3. Touch response needs to be improved. I’m using iPhone 13 mini which is decent phone, but still facing few responsive bugs only on this app.
Suggestion:
It would be helpful to have a "next episode button" on the screen while watching a video, especially when I'm in the middle of an episode.

I made this aha subscription for seeing a movie called #bro but i can’t open the movie in search also it is not available and when i contacted the support team they are saying this. “That movie is only for overseas customer not for indian users. Some movie will come under overseas and some movie will come under Indian users.” Id and all the vendor should say before it self I’m very much disappointed on the aha subscription. Thank god I not made yearly subscription.

Please note the aha app does not work in laptops. When raised ticket multiple times in their chat box of customer care, they easily say there should be some problem in your internet connection. Even when said all other OTT apps are working fine, they say they don’t know and keep repeating the same.
Forget to get any such issues get resolved through their customer care team or in their chat box. These guys are rude to the extent of saying ‘you can go and complain to anybody’. So I will not suggest my friends for subscription.

We can’t pause and play a video in tv, we should go back fully. The main update is missing and irritating too. If some adult scenes are coming in between when we watch with family eg : Irai web series, we can’t fast forward it properly what a stupid feature was that these all are basics of a video player this itself you can’t give means why are you Running a app. Fast forward we can’t do it fast then why it’s called as fast forward in this app. Worst app, want to update many basic things.

I have subscribed for Telugu when Tamil was not available, after Tamil launch they made to 2 different subscriptions plan and Gold for both, when I tried to opt for Tamil annual plan alone it’s not showing the option, only Gold plan alone is available for upgrade, why this is for existing users ? I want only Tamil plan to be subscribed but that is not available and asking forcefully do both Tamil and Telugu plan (Gold) where others can opt 1 lang plan. This is totally unfair and poor planning. Disappointed …
Poor ios app with chromecast support

There are some serious issues in IOS app with chromecast support. 1. Unable to scroll forward or backward a video when casting and there no option in ios mobile app. 2. The video stops and buffer as no issue in internet speed. 3. The video when casted to chromecast start from start even though casted from middle of video.
4. When a video is casted to TV via chromecast, cannot cast another video from mobile ios app. Had to stop casting and then have cast the new video.

Firstly knowing they have started Tamil and Telugu content I subscribed to their annual plan… Now I suddenly see they have brought in some Gold plan for people to view both content - That wasn’t mentioned before and isn’t it a basic morale to not change that for existing subscribers… Now thinking that I’m paying that extra money to pleading beggars I went to upgrade and it says it can’t be done if paid through partner subscriptions! I paid through Apple and not sure why do u even have these options for partners if u can’t extend your so called fraud upgrades… Losers

This is one of a waste app available in AppStore, I heard most of the new movies are bought by aha and subscribed for this channel but since I took this (April2021), there are so many performance issues, initially thought this is a new app so excepted few bugs but it is still continuing for almost an year. Main issues: 1) the app logs out automatically from your device if it’s not used for 10 days 2) the app freezes in between and doesn’t respond. Ex: you try to play something and it doesn’t work, I literally watched 11hr series after 2months of its release, it keeps loading everytime but doesn’t load up. 3) Though the mobile version works properly, same time the tv version logouts from all the devices, again something related to point number FYI: every-time I contact the support, they ask me to check the version updated to make sure I’m on latest version, agreed these are the basic checks, but I don’t see any latest version in my AppStore (mobile) or webOS (andriod tv) which means I am running on a latest version, kindly don’t ask us to perform the same actions again and again. Lastly: since the app isn’t working properly, I thought of doing the log out and login again but when I clicked on log out, it only loads but doesn’t show up anything for almost 15mins, since log out is also nt working I had switch to other ott instantly. If this is at your notice, kindly fix these issues. Regards Your subscriber.

I was using aha app in my LG smart tv and was working fine for few months initially. After some days it started showing issues like app doesn’t accessible or movies wont play and show error msg. I tried to remove the app and installed updated version app.. still the issue remains the same. AHA developers pls look into this issue and fix it.. As most of the user install the app in TV’s to watch the new movies, if this issue keeps continuing you might loos the customers.

simple payment part is not able to process smoothly, customer support is like hell, all useless executives they do not have any solutions simply they will reply with the standard messages and waste our time, it took 10 days for me to connect to a customer support executive, I have subscribed it payment done but account is not activated, I wrote mails with all the transaction details but no response from them, I’m trying to subscribe it again but it is showing as you have already purchased this item, but my account is not activated yet!

The worst decision taken in my entire life is that taking subscription from aha. Whenever I download any content if I completely close the app, the downloads automatically gets deleted on its own without any notification and we have to download it again without closing the app till the content gets downloaded, if we close the app we find zero downloads even if the downloads are paused. Hope aha doesn’t recruits proper team and someone from who’s watching this please fix this bug or issue. If not hire someone who can fix this. Very much disappointed and worst experience ever.

I have subscribed to Aha Telugu one year subscription ack for 399 on 24 December 2021. I received a message that the system is upgrading and my subscription would be activated after that. Waited for a week and called customer care but no response. Have written to Aha support team and they asked for payment proof to which I responded immediately. It has been 15 days since and still no response. Refund my money if you are unable to even provide basic customer service also. The customer care number just never connects. #PatheticAha.

The app is very cheaply made. It is not as fluid as the other OTT platforms. Doesn’t even support landscape mode in the Home Screen. There is no way to browse the content easily, the content shown on the main screen is far too less from what the library holds. We should be able to browse the entire library with the help of couple of filters. Even after paying a premium there isn’t a UHD 4K option for content, most content by default starts at 480p ish at the start and picks up. Does not have the capability to store and resume from where you left, always fails to automatically go to the left portions. Their Samsung TV app is even more woefully pathetic, looks like some part timers have been hired for the app development or may be some incompetent lot. Good that they made version 2.0. The first version was probably a D grade or even F grade app. Atleast try to give a filter by year for movies and some filters like Tamil dubbed Malayalam Dubbed for easier searching and finding content. We don’t expect you to be at Netflix level. Atleast be at SonyLiv level if not Prime. When you take a European subscription technically it should work in India cause all the European content is licensed for India too and not vice versa, but doesn’t. You have to take an Indian membership after spending the euros. The list is long, but have fun with this if you can.

Not only on IOS i have faced a similar situation on my fire tv . App crashes are too high .
I am not expecting something flawless for the subscription amount but this is sooo messy .
Another flaw video continues while audio breaks .
This creates a very bad viewing experience.
Next issue is the internet speed causing errors . For a minute disruption in network speeds app crashes or the video ends . I have subscriptions of most of the platforms . Never experienced such thing other than zee app .

And one more issue it closes automatically some when I open the app…even with high speed Internet still it takes lot of time to load the front page…..if u can rectify this it’s will amazing

Aha is a very good digital platform initiative for Telugu entertainment industry. Very bold move by Sri Allu Aravind & Associates. The marketing aspect & improvisation of content deserve all praise.
Technology platform however is very basic with so many bugs. Obviously the promoter Management are unaware of the subscriber related issues of the app.
The tech team are successful so far in concealing the tech hitches in the app & reviews from the Management. Now having seen this for 2 years now, it is intended now to bring these to the notice of top brass if the issues relating to the app are not addressed soon.
The major area of concern:
- Bugs relating to the devise management
- Very frequent logging out
- Inconsistency of the app to take load in tune with peak level use and stoppage of video streaming even on high speed internet
- The unfavourable reviews of the app are shielded and not allowed on app store
- Rating is also managed.

One of the worst experience I had ever experienced is Aha customer support, whenever I try connecting thur chat it will say flow is high so we are not able to connect and same with customer care number as well and automatically disconnect with in 10mins and again if you try reconnecting them still same senario it will disconnect in next 10-15 mins, finally tried emailing them but no one bothered to check those email and till now I have sent almost 7-9 reminders aswell

No Response from customer care, tried tried tried and got fed up with the customer care support no one will receive the calls, even mails also they won’t respond in time. I felt very bad. I activated through my iPhone and still it is asking for subscription. I send the proof of screen shots also, but still no response from the team. Even I didn’t get money back as well 😔😔

This is one of the worst app. They all loot your money first of all then subscription will not be added to your account. And after all there won’t be any support on top of your issue. No chat support, no call support and not even in email. PURE FRAUD APP. Please beware such useless and apps like aha. You will never get a customer support if you are facing any issue that is for sure. I don’t think I will get respond here even. I’m just thingy put my experience had last few days with this useless app and support.
Guys, If you don’t trust me check the user review by sorting to 1 star then you will understand.

I have subscribed to aha on 28th money got deducted with invoice subscription confirmation but then also its showing me to subscribe ,unable to watch anything. Since from 28th i am trying to reach out support team via call, chat and emails but no response to any of those.I have even sent attachment of invoice to the support team with daily follow up emails for update but no response. I am not sure then how people must reach out. I request you to resolve the issue now or please refund the amount asap.

Their payment system is horrible. I paid for an yearly subscription three days ago but my subscription is not activated till now. I tried to contact their support from the app , it always says “their system is updating and it will take time to activate the subscription” which is the worst excuse I ever heard of. I tried calling their customer service number and unable to reach an agent even once. They seem to have very good content on their platform, but their payment system is horrendous. This is totally unacceptable. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Do better, guys.

Dear Developer,
The new version 2.0 launched is very bad while coming to TV. The app is not at all smooth and the streaming time much more whereas all other OTT platforms are working very smooth with same internet.
Bugs observed:
- More time to open the context even just aha title itself taking nearly 45 sec to 01 min
- Menu content opening very slowly
- Selection time is more
- after a great struggle when any movie starts if you forward it’s movement is worst
- in between the content sudden unknown error happens content will stops and when open again forward not at all clean
Previous version I never seen these problems everything working fine and superb. Problems started only after launch of Version 2.0.
Requesting the developer to fix bugs. These problems mainly happening in Airtel smart set up box one of my friend is also facing same issues.
Please do the needful and update us.

It does not show the subscription… I am trying to reach support, no one responds on chat , no one responds when called customer support, just asks to wait and call gets disconnected in 30 mins… case logged on email two days back and no response there too!!!

The “suggested next” option before the end titles is annoying. It starts before the movie ends and cannot select an “esc” button. If we click on the back button, it is redirecting to the main screen before the movie ends. Also, the forward button works weirdly. The old version forward button was quick. I was exited when I heard about 2.0. Noticed these 2. I hope you guys will fix it.

Am a subscribe to aha from the time they did release with my India number while am in India. After coming to Canada i realised i need to subscribe again and dis try with my canada number and subscribed with the suggested package. And now still it is not working and when i ask customer care they say i need another subscription and for current subscription ask ITunes for refund. why itunes will refund also how can i subscribe again while am having an invalid subscription.
Customer support can simply check logs and confirm that i dis request from Canada only but they are not accepting that

I tried to watch the movies with chrome cast and after that change any other content to watch casting controls are not showing. That means controls went hide. And mostly touch or click events not working with user friendly. As I watched other OTT apps also all controls are working fine their.
Just please rectify this issue to get user friendly.

The available fast forward option while watching the films is very bad and slow and sometimes getting hanged up.
Kindly compare with the other OTT’s and try to develop that.

But there is no fast forward option in your app.
If I want to see the movie from the middle it will take 1/2 hr time to forward it, because you people only provided 10 sec forward option.
Even with my smart remote I’m trying to forward it on the movie status bar even there also it’s not working. Once any one seen the movie in my tv if I want to play it again I have to forward/ backward is a such a big problem we are facing.
I don’t know why you people are not included that it’s irritating like anything.
All the other apps having the option only in aha it’s not there.
Resolve it as early as possible.

Worst app I am watching in my tv it doesn’t have option of selecting resolution due to that picture quality is varying and background sound sometimes increases and decrease I have always have remote in my hand to decrease or increase volume I have a net speed 50 mbs even though I am facing this problem solve this problem or else I will ask for refund of my money and this app doesn’t even feel like paid it something more of pirate in which they can watch movies for free expected much better disappointed

1. There is no option to start the movie from beginning as other ott apps has
2. The forward and reverse option is horrible just 10sec can be done back or front
3. Error as "Please visit website or mobile app settings page to enable there parental control pin to watch this content" therefore I have followed the same but still this error is not sorted. To be frank this app is insisting to do this forcefully however after doing what to be done still dint work.
So based on my personal experience this app is useless OTT app if at all these issues are not sorted with the good devops team.

Great app. Nice content. Thanks to you for taking a pioneering step in creating an ott specially for telugu.
The performance is great, doesn’t affect the mobile much . Coming to the design, it’s decent, but could be better. Some animations don’t quite work, especially when there is a network switch or issues, transitions are not that smooth. Design is a little cramped up in a few places. I think I saw a loading indicator even after the video continued playing. Either way I think it’s great to have a service like this. Kudos to the developers

Aha is one of the best apps for Telugu content and their support team is also excellent as they responded to my queries very quickly and efficiently. Only drawback I see from this app is going forward and backward while watching a video should be more easy like on Prime/Hotstar where we can forward for 10 secs and more than that just with a click. Apart from that I must say a good job by the team.

You can introduce viewer rating to each film,aha originals,shows,series to know which genre story base viewers are liking.
More detailed, you can even know which area users interested in which kind of story base and genre. So you can invest or produce efficiently with data analytics.
I am not saying it’s would increase your market, but I think by some changes it would make aha different from others.

Aha, New platform for all Telugu based Content. Aha is trying to remake the Shows from other languages and unfortunately the shows which are being announced and their promos are also not so good. The New Show SamJam is little over exciting and the show doesn’t look like a Talk Show. It is clearly visible that the host and guests making some kind of acting.
The thought of having our own Telugu OTT platform is really good idea but you should come up with innovative ideas rather remaking the others. Please know your Audience.

I’ve thought this app as a good entertainer for Telugu people, so without any second thought I’ve bought the premium subscription, I’ve watched only one movie, for the second time when I tried to open the app it’s not responding, just showing ‘AHA’ logo on screen and nothing else. My best suggestion is to never buy subscription for this fraud app, I think this company is following Vijay Mallya policy, just making money and then escaping away from people and government. Shame on you people who created the company and app, learn some ethics before starting a company!

Don’t buy the subscription because only content you can access is trash old and some non sense app original, but u can’t access the movies under the premium category. Basically there is no such premium category option under subscription. It display latest new movies but those doesn’t play.
