I have been using this app for some time now. It does have some bug issues. But If we are facing any issues customer support team ensure to clear it quickly as possible. And they are humble and understanding people in my point of view. I use max to watch good content. I would have given it 4 stars, but the content and helpful CS Team changed my mind. What maybe the most useless OTT app ever. I don’t understand Malayalam too well but I love their cinema. Got this app to indulge in some films because MM claims to have some good films. It’s useless for non Malayalam speakers as the subtitles are not in sync. At least 20 seconds ahead of the film. What an absolute waste of my money.

Update !!! (see below for actual issue). The developer sent a usual response for my review asking me to send a mail to their support team. In fact I added the below review after waiting for 2 months since I raised the concern with support. I forwarded the mail again. It’s been a week and no response. So I think their response below is just a gimmick.

I have an active subscription but the app doesn’t let me watch premium content. It just loops through the subscription process every time I click on play button. Raised a complaint with their support, but no response even after 2 months.

1. offline watching is not available, after downloading also showing network issues and video is not playing!!!!!

2. Unable to select few series together in a season to download.

3. After downloading also need internet to watch, not only internet there server connection.

So No Offline.

Just take a subscription, waisting money and time.
