It’s difficult to read the scheme name and other details due to very small fonts . It’s better if you can increase the fonts for the actual information than the legends. Of course you have similar issues in your website as well. There at least I can zoom/magnify the content. In the app we can’t zoom or magnify,. Better increase the fonts for the scheme name, no of units, NAV etc.

Forcefully would ask you to register for KOTM as regular SIP registration but it would turn out to be some proper mandate. I would say please be ware of such people. They are clear frauds in this type. Please try some one else better and easier. Their application do not work all the time. The features within the app are working well.
Test1:
When I enter the user ID and password and login and after the work is completed, log out of the app. The user ID and password are autofilled and remain there.
Test 2:
Post this, I close and reopen the app and the user ID and password is still autofilled and persists.
Test 3:
I logged in once with correct data (set 1). I logged out and logged in with incorrect data (set 2). The app throws an error and fields are emptied. I quit the app and remove from app tray and reopen. Fields have data set 1 content already present and I am able to login again without re-entering credentials.
Note: Did not use the “Remember me” feature while logging in but after log out, it auto sets to “Remember me”.
Please fix this. Can’t leave phone unlocked with this vulnerability. Thanks.

Why has the app stopped working on iOS devices all of a sudden? Please hire a good development team and take care of these issues before you start losing your users.
The UI also looks haphazard and there are scope for improvement in grouping the funds under one folio. Truly disappointing!

Looks like kfintech have abandoned the iPhone app. It’s not working since last month, please hire a good development team. The developer and their team leader not at all serious about the app. Better to leave this app for individual amc apps.
1) You need to club all folios under same amc and same folio number instead of fund name. Design wise it’s poor grouping , need to learn from Cams 2) Show annualised return without having to click multiple buttons. No one is interested in absolute value. This feature alone will increase your ranking.

I buyed 6 Mutual Fund ELSS but I see only 4 on DashBoard , Also when I login to karvy mutualfunds from desktop google chrome browser it shows correct data but when with app or mobile browser safari the data seems inaccurate and it shows only 4 MF details he’ll not sure who will help me:-( already checked with customer care but they were not helpful at all .

I have been trying to call customer service for capital gain statement and I am not able to get through. Long holding time, and once I was lucky to find the customer service team who informed me that they would send the statement but till date they haven’t sent one. The reason I haven’t given five stars is that there are small improvements possible. One of the examples is as below. When you log in, it asks you for user ID or email address. The login does not take place unless you put user ID. If you’re not aware of this fact, you would think that the password is going wrong and you will try to reset the password. But if you just change the email address to user ID, you can successfully login. I reset the password twice then to try for user ID driven login. And it worked.

Much needed app for iOS. Was getting tedious to log into PC for additional purchases. So kinda stopped using karvy.
Now I’m back on using it again coz of simplicity. And can now diversify better.
