I don’t understand why the app needs to track my info from other apps and other payments and ids ? It’s absurd Love HBR, but I believe the app developers are playing some mischief behind HBRs back

All contents are good but, it will be great if app developers think about inclusion of text to speech facility in the app.

Still prefer a pdf type version with an index to ensure I cover all the articles.
The customer care team just doesn’t responds. Have written multiple times and on different platforms, but consistently ignored. HBR who publishes materials and guides on best practices falters on a basic expectation.

Version 24.0
The whole point of getting the app is so i can use my hbr account with unlimited access to digital resources. But the app is not accepting the log in. I copied details, changed passwords and trued everything but the app does not respond. So after paying subscriptions i now have a useless app that tells me i have 2 free reads. It also doesn’t let me raise a trouble ticket without the email sync.

Missing a key feature

Version 24.0
The app is simple and easy to use but a big feature is missing in the app that’s there on web - choosing or searching for a topic or category. There’s no way of choosing a category and view all relevant articles under it. Not happy with the app experience.

The mobile app is pathetic

Unless I’m doing something absolutely wrong, this app really in one of bad ones. I purchased few collection on web and not able to see them in the app unless app doesn’t have those capabilities. On that customer services worst. Please don’t buy until you are sure that it solves your purpose.

In the age of digital subscriptions it is very surprising for HBR app to be so non friendly for users. Just switched to a new IPad and surprisingly not able to get my previous saved content. Overall had high expectations for such a renowned brand but highly disappointed!!

Version 16.0
The problem is that HBR represents knowledge and world class products and services where as the actual delivery is such a huge disappointment .
Your app experience is clunky and least exciting . Right from logging in or reading different articles. Just do a basic dip check from your customers or competitors and hbr will realise that they are no where close to the UI or UX desired.

Have subscribed to the Premium option provided but this website + email instructions + mobile app functionality is so average. Can not access the content at all for 4 hours now. It’s a shame that HBR professes digital to the world but it’s living in ancient times internally.

You would think HBR would have figured out the need to allow access for current online and print subscribers. Guess knowing doesn’t equal doing.
