For an injection process I has to download this app and connect to some country and I selected the free trial option but the injection didn’t work as I had expected and I went to my settings to cancel my subscription on the same day and now people in the reviews are saying even after clicking cancel subscription money still gets debited and if that happens to me I will report this app and file a case for fraud . Please return all these people’s money and make a better app 🙄

Dear Team, same issue came with me as mentioned by another person. When the app mentioned free trial for 3 days, how could you charge for straight 1 years. Generally you get a notification if you fail to cancel your subscription after 3 days. And if you cancel immediately how could you deduct ₹7700. I want my Refund back. I installed this app to use it but it was not much of help so I deleted the app and after three days the app has deducted an amount of Rs1009 from my account. At least send an email or message to notify if the customer wants to continue with the subscription. Most of the app sends email notifying if the customer wants to continue with the subscription. I want my money back that’s all.

Dear Team I installed your app a few days back in order to complete the installation of your this app in order to run and complete injection process. When I installed I read carefully. For first 3 days app is free then charges of Rs. 7,700 are applicable for 1 year which was totally wrong as per my opinion . Normally app developers don’t charge for applicable free period and then if user uninstalls the app from phone and Apple ID in subscription section within due time. If user forgets to remove subscription from Apple ID then also payment is charged but in my case payment for full year was straightaway debited . I had removed the app from phone and subscription from Apple ID was too on same day which you can check with your record. I would like to see refund of Rs. 7,700 to the source from you debited immediately because app was free for 3 days I did whole procedure which I should have done. I would like to seek your urgent attention and provide me the refund on immediate basis. Regards Manish Bansal.

I have installed this app to see if my other apps “voot & Hotstar” are being supported by this VPN or not and when I found its not working I immediately uninstalled it. Yesterday I got email that they have deducted amount from my debit card for premium subscription. Without any reminder how could you proceed with the subscription I doubt. Moreover u don’t have call centre so that I could call them and register my complaint. It would be really good if you can return my money back as this VPN is totally useless for me as it’s not supporting the “voot and Hotstar” apps for which I wanted. You guys should keep an option for trial method as it is not supporting all Apps.

I have just installed this stupid app to see how it works and immediately uninstalled it. Today I got email that they have deducted amount from my credit card for premium subscription.
You guys should at least send reminder whether consumers want to proceed with this subscription or not.
On top of that there is not support center to call and highlight this issue.
It would be really good if you can just return my money back as i have not used you app for once.

I was trying for subscription for one month, while subscription fee of one year was deducted from my account all of sudden without my confirmation.
I tried to apply for refund but it is very tough whereas deduction is very easy.
Apple should confirm, at least once, before deducting fee amount.
I want to get my money refunded.
