This app is crashing on my phone as soon as I open it. Also, I have an annual subscription for F1TV Access, and I have never been able to watch race replays for the current season. It always says “you are in an unsupported region”. It just isn’t serving the purpose I’ve purchased it for. Please fix it since I’m not getting my money’s worth.

Update : I have changed my rating from 1 to 4 purely for the customer service. They responded quickly and refunded me.

I purchased a subscription to watch the races happening now and i was led to believe that i will be able to do so. After I purchased a subscription, i am being told that the country i live in is currently unsupported.

This is deceitful and they stole money. Pure and simple.

Be careful to check whether the country you are in is supported and what all you will be able to access using the subscription.

I purchased the app as I’m a big fan for the sport and then I just go there and try to watch the video and it ask me to upgrade, which I have already done. It ask me to go to the website and upgrade and I go there and it’s asking me to upgrade once again. This not fair. A cheap trick to take money from people. HATS OFF LIBERTY MEDIA. I DINT EXPECT THIS FROM YOU. Simple question why can’t I watch the sport from India? Such a racist you guys are. I want my hard earned money back or give me an access to this app.

I am a die hard F1 fan from India. But I really don’t understand what am I getting for my money. Firstly, I wanted F1 tv pro but that’s not available in India cause of your stupid contracts with skyf1. So I tried for a monthly subscription by paying something around rs.190. And I really don’t understand what I got i return. None of the videos are available, no live timings, etc. I am not mad at F1 nor am I disappointed that I wasted my money, but the sad thing is that I feel bad for my sport, “ The Pinnacle of Motorsport”, FORMULA 1, the wierd and kind of fraudulent way it somehow wants to increase its audience. Please do something FOM.
