I would like to amend my original review. I was under the impression that the app is a scam. But their customer support got in touch with me and helped me with my refund. Im sure this is a good app for people who want to change their lifestyle. However i do not think that the diets provided in the app are suitable for Indians as most of the diets have items that are not usually consumed by Indian.
If you need a refund, you would have to wait for a while. But be assured that you will get it.

The app is an absolute scam! I initially subscribed to this app by paying 4.99$ via their website & not the app store. Without any prior information at the time of they started charging this amount on a weekly basis. When i tried to unsubscribe, there is no response!!! Only an auto email generated.

There’s no direct option to cancel a subscription. You need to email their customer service, who at first are very considerate about why you want to cancel and then they stop responding and keep charging your card every week.

I saw its ad on Instagram and downloaded it thinking it will help me on diet plan so for this first i paid 2800 INR for 12 weeks plan which they supposedly said diet and workout plan and I proceeded further to find my diet plan they asked for 1600 INR more for 12 week personalised diet plan. Trusting them i paid that amount too thinking it will genuinely help me but to my surprise when i looked at my diet plan it showed all the continental and european diet that I cannot even prepare. I am an indian and I follow Indian diet. In the ads they showed all the indian dishes and here after paying 4300 INR they shows me just options of continental dishes. This is truly unprofessional and now I believe how fake this application is that it just want people’s money and break their trust. I am so disappointed and disheartened. I just clicked on free trial and my money was deducted from my account as my premium subscription is activated. I only wanted to check what it was as I saw it on Insta. I want to cancel it and want my money back as it is a scam which make people pay without their consent. This is a scam to force people into subscription and make them pay. I have already canceled my subscription please give me my money back

I did subscribe for a 7 day trial to see how the app works and iv been charged 4599 rs on my credit card!!!! How does this work....I don't want to subscribe this way...I need to first see a trial of the same...pls advice what has to be done because iv got a msg of being charged the amount mentioned!!

The same thing happened to me like the user reported here. I saw this app in Instagram,then I installed the app. I selected the 7 days free trial period with 6 months subscription. They deducted 3149 rs immediately from my card. I think these people don’t know the meaning of 7 days free trial. These people are supposed to deduct the amount only if I don’t cancel my free trial subscription before it ends. I want my money to be refunded immediately.

Exactly the same thing happened with me as soon as i clicked on 7 day free trial , 6 months worth subscription fee got deducted from my account. Seems like this is happening as a routine and the developers are doing nothing abt this flaw. Or then it maybe intentional.

This is sheer cheating and a befooling app..!!! We work hard for money and if you think you will continue stealing money from us .. how far can you go? I am so shocked and disgusted..!!!
