Our CEO, Mrs Gauri Kanitkar, initially began looking after the accounts at Anuroop and worked full-time at a nationalised bank for over 20 years. Gradually, she began to take charge of the operations at Anuroop and focused fully on it after opting for a voluntary retirement from her service in 2000. Under her, Anuroop has expanded with several branches in Maharashtra and a couple of them outside the state too. She has also worked as a family counsellor at Muktangan De-addiction Centre and is certified in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy Of IPH, Thane and performs pre-post marital counselling courses.
Actively engaging with youth, Mrs Kanitkar has networked with prospective brides and grooms, young married couples, parents of prospective brides and grooms and has made it her mission to simplify the process of finding the right match with help of her counselling.

Message is not notifying in app. All the time go to message and check manually.
Need some interface update so can be easily use. (Current interface is quite good but can be make some different)

Pathetic App experience. App is crashing multiple times while updating basic information. I am not sure why they are charging so much of money if they are not able to provide Basic hygiene factors like Mobile App. I can also give 0 star if the option is available at App store. Resolve ASAP

I am using this app on iPhone11, the app is too slow, take heavily time to load. Also if you are switching from one tab to other i.e interest to messages or search, it surely gets hang. Probability of loading app successfully is also lower, many times you ll get error signal.

This app is really buggy and takes so much time to load at times, even on a very stable and fast internet connection.
It’s missing some really basic features like the option to delete messages from the inbox tab.
There’s no swipe to go back gesture.
The app also lags at times.
Expected something better for the amount we’re paying for the service!
Hope to see these few basic features implemented!
How do you expect people to get married from an app that doesn’t even load at times!

No notifications, load issues

I am on iPhone XS Max operating income iOS 13. The issues I am reporting have been there for a very long time.
a. No notifications whatsoever.
b. Menus don’t load well. I have to wait for 10 sec in wifi to get to messages, interests menu. If I don’t wait and click on any of the icons, I don’t see anything.
c. Why can’t I go back to the top after scrolling down? If I am looking at the 50th profile, I have to scroll all the way up to change sections. Poor design principle.
Please work on these ASAP. TIA!

This app is useless for iOS. Inspite of having good internet connection the app doesnt even load. Forget profiles. Very bad UI. Seeing on the laptop is much better. Please fix it. We pay so much for subscription and this is how we get the service.

When I search something, noticed that it doesn’t refresh after sometime. iOS has UIRefreshContol facility which can be applied to refresh the listings. Please include it in next update as I have to force kill application to get refreshed list.

Could you please fix few things in this app
1. Scenario when we scroll the profiles and open a profile, once we go back it redorects to the top instead it should redirect to the profile last viewed
2. Scrolling between the profiles clicks and opens any profile. Seems it is highly responsive which should not be a case else I would call it as a bug in Apple app
If you find the above comments relevant please fix it. Overall Anuroop experience is good. 👍🏻

The current UI doesnt provide a feel good factor of visiting thi app again. iOS app needs an improvement. The App crashes a lot and becomes unresponsive even after terminating.
Slider and scroller function needs an improvement as you end up hitting a wrong profile. Trust me!! Its really annoying after a while.
The current issue I have faced is, When I open the app; it shows only White blank screen. The issue remains same even after reinstalling the app.
To accept/reject any incoming interesting you have to specifically find that profile in ‘Interest Received’ however u can not perform this action by visiting the same profile.
Latest accepted interest doesn’t appear first on the list. It gets randomly placed somewhere in the list of accepted interest.
Undo/ cancel interest feature is not available hence you can’t do anything if wrong interest was sent due to UI problem.
I have used this app for an year now but since last 6-7 month there is one same profile I see everytime under ‘Recommended profiles’ upon log-in.

a. After the latest app upgrade, wrong gender profiles are being displayed. Please fix this ASAP, this was working fine before the upgrade.
b. After the upgrade, size of the fonts and photos is increased - which is covering the whole screen (even with a “Plus” iPhone screen). This is very annoying when scrolling through multiple profiles.
c. Also, after scrolling through a number of profiles, app gets hanged and doesn’t load next profiles.
d. Other than these, the app seems quite convenient to use. The main missing feature to see “who viewed my profile” also seems to be added in the latest upgrade. That’s very useful.

Please improve the user interface for iOS. There is need of improvement in slider and scroll.. keep on getting into wrong profiles. Keep on getting white blank screen many times when we open the app. While doing the horoscope matching.. when we click on button for Kundali match app gets crashed. Try and provide few things like who views your profile which is there in desktop version. Incoming or sent interest pending or accepted and rejected buttons which are in desktop. Please keep recommended profiles upto date.. keep on getting same profiles.

Dear Anuroop, app is really good but has serious issues which must be resolved.
After applying filters, shows message "Error occurred. Please check your internet connection and try again" (though internet, other apps, browsers are working perfectly)
So after showing above message, either filters won't apply or they will partially do. and after applying, when we scroll down the above message keeps popping and app stops working.
Kindly resolve, as the app can not be used..

App keeps crashing, shows connect to internet dialogue even when connected. If any new notification of incoming or sent interest is received app needs to be closed and relaunched to see the notifications. There is no live update feature which should resolve the notification issue. Scrolling is buggy and there should be minimum time for editing the accidental approval of interests.
In normal search suddenly keyboard shows up blocking the search results and which will remain till the app is restarted.
These issues are the top most needed to be fixed asap
