I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered with the billing process for my subscription to Face App.
On 10th aprl 2024, I signed up for a one-year subscription to Face App at the price of 1999. However, to my dismay, I discovered that my account was charged twice for the same amount, resulting in a total deduction of 3998 instead of the expected 1999.
I understand that billing errors can occur, but I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and accuracy in this instance. As a loyal customer, I expect a seamless and trustworthy billing process. This double charge has caused inconvenience and frustration on my end.
