Billing Issue and Double Charge for One-Year Subscription

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered with the billing process for my subscription to Face App.
On 10th aprl 2024, I signed up for a one-year subscription to Face App at the price of 1999. However, to my dismay, I discovered that my account was charged twice for the same amount, resulting in a total deduction of 3998 instead of the expected 1999.
I understand that billing errors can occur, but I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and accuracy in this instance. As a loyal customer, I expect a seamless and trustworthy billing process. This double charge has caused inconvenience and frustration on my end.
I kindly request that you rectify this issue as soon as possible by refunding the excess amount deducted from my account. I trust that you will take prompt action to resolve this matter and ensure that such errors do not recur in the future.

This is totally fraud and cheating. How can you guys do that. I also raised request but no help. Why would you cheat people like this. This is so unethical. The app is fun. Don’t know how accurate. It was fun to use the app, taking my photos from past, and comparing the end ‘old’ result.
Rated 5 stars, mainly because of prompt update and help from support, on ease of cancelling the subscription.
To me it is costly, so as soon I installed I cancelled the subscription. After cancelling the subscription, the app will continue to work for rest of the free trial period.

I tried this app for a few days. AI ageing editor is phenomenal. But the app has some controversial terms and conditions; one of which is that they can do whatever they want with your photos (using them to make money through advertisements).
Actually this app is just an online tool to upload your photos to their servers.
I’ve also heard that recently FaceApp has blocked users from India. That’s why Indian users are posting bad reviews on AppStore.

First the app was not functional after installation. Then the app had to be reinstalled. It worked fine and then I came across this article online saying that in the “terms and conditions” of the app there is a term stating that they can publish any of your photos wherever they want and however they want without requiring any further consent from your side. Why is Apple allowing such terms as a part of the app??? I do not consent to publish my data by FaceApp without my consent.

Absolutely frustrated and annoyed after the update!! The old version was way better and the “spark” option was 100 times better than it is right now in the latest update. It was the only reason why I loved this app and now you guys changed changed everything about it. The earlier spark option seemed so realistic and beautiful! Now it’s just a plain beauty effect which is absolutely disgusting!! If not the least, please get the old spark version instead of this new one!! Everyone I know who uses this app hates the new spark effect!! Please change it to the old spark effect before people stop using this app and move on to a different app.

I’ve been using this app from many days I loved it so much in till yesterday. After the latest update I’m so disappointed because I can’t see “spark” filter anymore. Why? Thats an awesome filter what made me love this app. Please re-add spark and smile2 filter back.
