It is good that there are archives of many matches . But I was watching Federer Vs Zverev ( Halle) and then later Federer Vs Kyrgios ( Maimi ) . In both these , the Audio and Video are not in sync !!! I do not know how other archives are , but this takes so much pleasure away from enjoying these matches! I guess you will agree.

Sir, believe me , I was exceptionally happy and contented ever since I enrolled myself into this programme on T V.
But of late,there has regular misses in my getting the program, which is making me HEARTBROKEN. Comes regularly
WATCH THE PREMIUM.
In spite of my Annual Subscription in one go,I am unable to enjoy the programmes and at the same time getting hopelessly disappointed and frustrated with the things happening.

Bought premium subscription via google and was able to watch for 1 hour post which they rolled me back to free account without returning my money. I’ve tried reaching out to help team but they denied to help me or even reply back to my emails.
Don’t buy their subscription and waste your money. Tennis is being destroyed by these frauds and ATP is not doing anything.

Subscribed through Apple ID but the subscription wasn’t updated. Wrote to the customer service but they didn’t update and asked to contact Apple Store. Services are so poor. I can’t watch the live streaming on my TV. The subscription charges are different in different platforms. My region is India but the subscription denomination is in dollars.It’s very confusing. Hope you fix the problems and this the reason why I don’t subscribe to the channel on yearly basis

I have subscribed for one month. I was able to view the contents right after subscription. After a week the subscription has been cancelled stating billing issues. Because I have transferred the amount through third party app which was successful. Now they do not want to take responsibility for their actions. I have asked for refund through bank. Since it was a successful transaction they do not give refund. Do not subscribe for Tennis tv . Worst service .

There’s no way to watch the matches you add to my channel as such a thing doesn’t exist in the app nor does my players. Most of the matches which aren’t played by top players doesn’t load it says no Internet connection when I’m on a stable WiFi network but the live matches load on the same WiFi though. Very disappointed and the app design is cluttered.

This app is really bad at one thing - video streaming. Simple aspects of video streaming - graceful degradation on a slow network, syncing the audio & video in all cases (even when an interruption happens due to network delays).
I think ATP has a lot of money to pay for bad software. They may be served better using existing video streaming platforms.
