NSDL e-GOV gives you access to your account on your phone. Now you can access NPS account details from your phone, at any time and at any point.
Description:
The new APP gives your details of Subscribers account online. The Subscriber can access latest account details as is available on the CRA website using user ID (PRAN) and password. The APP accesses your account details online and provides you with user-friendly interface to browse through your account information. It also enables you to maintain your latest contact details and password.
The APP gives better user experience and provides additional functionality such as:
1. View current Holdings
2. Request for Transaction Statement for the year on your email ID.
3. Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and email ID.
4. Change your Password / Secret Question
5. View your Account details.
6. Submit Contribution for Tier I as well as Tier II
7. Change Scheme Preference.
8. Modify address using Aadhaar.
9. Regenerate password using secret question.
10. View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out
11. Get notifications related to NPS.

I’m using iPhone SE and the application when logged in, the full account details are not getting displayed. Screen is getting cropped, I tried in landscape mode but still application is not responding. Kindly ensure that the full details are displayed in screen without screens being cropped even in smaller display phones (4 Inch iPhone SE)

The app won't open the landing page after log in. It shows the greyed out landing screen with loading wheel spinning constantly over it. This is happening with around 20 Mbps speed connection. Please improve the app performance and atleast make it usable.

Have used both NPS app from Karvy and NSDL and must say this is worst of all...Full of bugs, super slow...Doesn't allow to login in first place and if you try to login again it says you are already logged in. Doesn't update NAV of the fund eod like Karvy app...Very tedious user experience.

App should have total principal of contribution made, NAV along with annualised return till date to get actual picture or the performance of the corpus.

I am regularly using the app for the past two years. It has been noticed that there is a flaw in handshaking after bank payment transaction. Though a bank SMS is available, App is unable to retrieve info. Unnecessary worry for 2-3 business days till the transaction is confirmed.
